Made me and my wife late for work due to taking our money and making us wait over half an hour for just 2 coffee’s won’t be coming back here highly don’t recommend unless you enjoy unusually long wait times..

Worst Starbucks!!! Came to EXCITINGLY redeem my BIRTHDAY drink and since I was having trouble on the app, I asked nicely if they can help. I was patient because I wanted to try a new drink order so I didn’t mind at all!! I saw my recipe and saw they didn’t put extra cold foam and light ice or extra drizzle or extra anything that I originally put …..I know it’s not that deep but I at least wanted the extra cold foam is for a macchiato (which can be strong) so can sweeten it up to my liking! And light on ice because it waters down the drink once melted( mind you I got a Venti)!! Which SOME TO MOST Starbucks always put a lot of ice so I went to go tell them as soon as I noticed and tried to tell them before making it! I asked nicely and I got attitude for no reason and when I asked for light ice she told me “ our cups always come light ice either way” and told them it would have to “remade” which it wasn’t.(she just took out the ice and cold foam and made extra cold foam and put a bit of ice again) Then some SUPERVISOR comes out and the other girl is explaining to her why they are remaking it and the supervisor was loud enough to where I can hear her say “it’s just ice , that’s how light ice is” while having a stank face talking about it ,WHILE IM IM FRONT ,laughing at it. So I stared at them and with no shame they kept talking! Until they had another customer and they faked a smile to them and continued to get their order! For a Starbucks ON BASE I expected a nicer, respectful environment! This was an ugly experience!!! If they do no not know how to respect marines and their families they shouldn’t be working here!!!! They should go work out of base with those nasty attitudes!

I recently visited this Starbucks location and was pleasantly surprised. The store was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the friendly and efficient staff. They were not only courteous but also went the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.
I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone seeking a quality cup of coffee and a friendly, welcoming environment.

The staff was vibrant and upbeat for it being only 7:30 in the am?Unfortunately, there was a swarm of gnats inside of the pastry container, and when I asked about it, they said: "yes, we are aware of the situation." They gave no other input, like, 'we are working to remedy the problem...' Needless to say, I did not walk out with my favorite blueberry muffin?
