So we stopped going here because the milk was always bad. To the point we’d be sick. We called and complained and moved on. A few months later they must’ve fixed it. It’s been months. Nope still absolutely disgusting. So yesterday I tried going in because I really needed my pumpkin spice frap. And I wait 15 minutes with one car in front of me. For an obviously expired drink. It’s melted and gross. It went straight in the trash. My cake pop was melted. Then when I try calling nothing. I’ll get ahold of corporate eventually. But this is insane. In over a year, they can’t fix this milk issue! This is so awful for their customers.

I went in the store and all employees were super nice and professional, my drink was made to perfection and the sausage wrap was tasty. There was a warm atmosphere. Everything was clean and hygeinic, the bathrooms were super clean as well

Literally just gave me an oz of coffee and nothing but ice for my venti drink when I asked for light ice. This Starbucks is the worst starbucks to ever exist on planet earth. Complete garbage and they don’t listen to anything you say EVER.

I have been given the wrong drink multiple times, today will be the last time I go there. I ordered a decaf Americano and they gave me a regular one. I’ll make the extra 5 minute drive out the gate from now on

I went there and spent 20 minutes in the drive through line as I watched them make everyone’s drink behind me, but not mine. When I finally did get my drink I ordered a venti summer berry lemonade refresher with no ice since it has the raspberry boba balls at the bottom and ice gets in the way, I received my drink only 3/4 of the way full and when I asked the barista just said well that’s what no ice gets you (I would have paid extra for no ice and a full drink), there were maybe five of the raspberry things, and when I finally did try it it was so watered down it was basically water with food coloring. It was by far the worst experience with costumer service and drink quality and unfortunately this is a common occurrence at this location. This was not worth the $7.27 I spent.

I went to this starbucks often but lately I started to realized the changes. Why my drink was not fully filled. And not only me but my friends also complained about this location. My Venti wasn't even filled up to the top of the line. Also I usually ordered shaken expresso I know it had 4 shots of expresso but the taste was definitely less than 4 shots. It definitely different than before. I'm wondering what's the change? New employees? New management? I mean please maintain your standard!

Recently went to this Starbucks and the lady was rude and completely messed up my order. Order chia tea and they gave me matcha tea. Lady had an attitude and over charged me for extra items I did not even order.

These location takes a looooong time to make drinks. So def order ahead at least 20-30 min prior to showing up for order/app pick up. They haven't messed up any of my drink orders as of yet so that is a huge plus!!
A Starbucks that ran out of an ingredient to make Frappuccinos. That’s like McDonald’s running out of burger meat. That shouldn’t happen. Never heard that happening until now!

This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The staff is rude, they are so painfully slow it’s pathetic and 80% of the time my order is wrong. It took me 30 minutes to get through the drive thru this morning. That’s absolutely insane. You would think being on a military base there would be some sense of purpose here but there isn’t. Don’t come here if you expect to get your drink right, much less in a timely manner.
