This subway desperately need to be placed under new management. For months, everytime we go in they are understaffed. The employee is snappy and rude to customers, because they are asking for basic ingredients for a sandwich. Why the hell do you only have one type of bread and 3 meats at a SANDWICH SHOP? You're out of stock of Mayo? How is that even possible?

They are constantly understocked. The restaurant is packed and the worker had to tell everyone to leave, he couldn't make any sandwiches because they didn't have the paper to wrap them in. That is absolutely ridiculous.

If you really are craving a subway sandwich, I'd recommend going into town. Or just use the $17 it cost for a foot long to buy the ingredients to make about 5 sandwiches at home...

Always get my order wrong with missing ingredients and the employees look angry for making them work

Food not rated due to never making it through the line.
Severely understaffed. Staff is understandably disgruntled. Counter was left vacant for 30 mins then online orders got head of line. All Subways on based seemed to be managed the same.

Went in, door rings. I wait, employee takes five minutes to come from the back room. I pick my bread, they are out. I pick another, out comes a stale crumbling loaf. I order the meat, they run out as they are putting it on and ask if it's fine to mix. I say sure. Then it gets overtoasted. I go to the toppings and half of them are, again, out. I get my depressed looking spinach and keep it pushing to the sauce. There's five sauces there, half of them labeled. I try two different ones that were, you guessed it, out. I settle for mustard then pay $17 for my crunchy footlong sub. I'd rather have gotten a wrap from the chow hall. I would understand the laziness if it was near close, but I came at 4:00.

Awful subway. Every once in while i try this location again and im always more disappointed than the last. Line goes VERY slow. Workers left my sub in the toaster too long and overcooked it. Worker didnt change gloves to use the register. I ordered a small drink only to find out the machine was broken. Not even one drink was working. Overall paid 16 bucks for a mid sandwich and a cup of water. Go to Panda

Unorganized, didn't know how to make a sandwich. 18 dollars for a flat bread footlong with 2 dollars worth of quality 1/10 only if your starving or down bad.

The drive to the main gate for Jersey Mikes is worth it. I do not recommend this Subway. Employee never changed gloves when ringing people up at the register and pulling receipts for online orders, and going back to making sandwiches. I don’t know what their policy is but perception as the customer, I would appreciate clean gloves touching my food. Veggies were soggy and looked old. Overall not impressed.

It's the worst Subway I've ever been to. I've been served by 3 or 4 of the different employees, and they all take 5-10 minutes just to come from the back to even acknowledge you. They slap the sandwichs together in the most sloppy way to where you basically need a fork to eat them. They never have the bread you want and never have cookies baked

Dependas making 20 dollars an hour must not be the answer to good service. The lady was rude and not organized.

We walked in around 3:30pm on a Monday afternoon there were 2 people ahead of us whose sandwiches were being made and only one employee, when she finished with them I walked up to order and she said she had someone waiting for their online order and she needed to do that. I graciously stepped back because we weren’t in a huge hurry and she looked stressed and like she should not have been working alone. Once she finished the online order she came over to us and said “I have another online order but I guess I can start yours” which kinda irked me as by this point I had been standing there for over 20 minutes. She started my sandwich and then asked my husband what he wanted and he had ordered a wrap she mumbled something about flatbread and continued to make my sandwich. Once she was done with mine she began ringing me up and I told her that we were paying together she then said something about flatbread again and went into the back, came out with flatbread & asked my husband again what he wanted. He asked for the honey mustard wrap which comes with rotisserie chicken and she started making a chicken salad wrap instead my husband decided he didn’t care he was just irritated so he didn’t say anything.

All in all in took us over 30 minutes to get our food, my husbands food was wrong, the employee barely spoke English it was very hard to understand or hear her because she was so soft spoken.

She should not have been working alone. One employee at a subway is unacceptable. My sandwich was fine, my husband ended up eating his but it’s still not what he ordered. Thoroughly disappointed in this experience.

Employees are slow, never enough present to get through the massive lunch line, be prepared to spend 45 mins waiting. Food is always low quality or rotting. Typical MCCS offering with little supervision over quality and service.

I was standing waiting in line to order and there was no employee to serve me. I called out if anyone was in the back room hiding and no response. The sun hasn't set and it's not closing time so I walked over in front of the back room and called out again. No response, so I took a peek and I see this lazy slacker sleeping in the back. Everyone shoutout to Peter for skating like a pro!
