We come here at least once a week and it’s always pretty good, some days fries can be cold. Anyways, I had an issue with an order and it was fixed. Cindy the manager was sweet and apologized, and made everything right. She knows what she is doing, and made me feel comfortable talking to her. She got down to the bottom of the problem and made sure to talk to the team members about the issue.
