Best bar there is. PERIOD.
Its a nerd bar, and I mean that in the best way possible. It's like going to your buddies house to nerd-out with some drinks. Everyday is a different fun event. Trivia nights on Mondays are my favorite though. Drinks & food are excellent priced, and the environment always has the best vibes :-)
What more can I say? I just really love this place ❤️

I was there on Friday because of Karaoke. This is a nice place to go. Karaoke was good, and good customers. The bartender was nice and friendly.

I am so glad that 7 Stars is back in business! After what happened at their last location (the landlord, the sewer smell, the pandemic), I was worried they wouldn’t rebound. But, boy oh boy, they certainly have found an interesting spot to plant their new flag. I hope this place prospers in downtown Campbell, placed as it is amidst the gentrification and over-priced restaurants and bars that now are de rigueur in this little expensive slice of the Bay Area. Full disclosure: I grew up in Campbell in the 70s and 80s, move back in the 90s and 00s, and now visit regularly.
The new space is a fresh take on the old one, in that it feels nicer being here while retaining the gimmick that is at the heart of the owners’ passions. Me? I don’t really care for Star Wars. But I enjoy their enjoyment and support their pursuit of making the dream a reality. We should all be so lucky to pursue a dream and watch it come true.
Food? Think bar snacks, with options for various diets. The drinks? The usuals, with a focus on cloyingly cheeky Star Wars-related puns (I get it) and ingredients that suggest you won't like yourself tomorrow. The prices? Perfectly fine for where you are (and I should stress that you are in the ‘hip’ Campbell where houses cost north of 2 million). The service? Excellent. They have some of the old crew back again and also have a few new people (including one that manned the now gone Red Stag on San Carlos). The bathrooms? Clean and interesting (I also get the intent and support it, even if I find it slightly off-putting). Monday trivia nights are hilarious, in that the host is a show unto himself (by design). Let’s put it this way: if you aren’t okay with profanity and hard-left leaning musings, you probably shouldn’t go. Me? I enjoy it. I consider it a form of performance art, esp. when you consider the place/space. Read the room, right?
The one thing they need to do? Get some fans!!! This new location seems to absorb heat. My temp runs hot, so I am generally not one to complain if a place is too hot for me. But, on several recent visits (both during the winter and now as spring is closing in), when the temps veered towards the 60s and/or 80s, the place got suffocatingly hot. How do I know? Well, friends of mine that aren’t as impacted by temps were fanning themselves. And a couple of the servers looked uncomfortable (translation: moist brows and rivulets of sweat).
I liked the old location. I love the new one, esp. since it seems so out of place with what downtown Campbell has become. And I will support any business that does something unique, while also being honest and sincere. I hope you are here for decades, 7 Stars!!!
Oh, one last thing: Brad, you do understand how bell curves work, right? And they have nothing to do with leaving 'dumb' bell reviews that explain nothing. Right? Right.

This is my most favorite bar and grill. It has moved from its own location on Bascom avenue to its new home in downtown Campbell. It is a Star wars themed bar and grill. Lots of Star wars, memorabilia and artwork everywhere. Always a Star wars movie playing. They have wonderful food and great drinks and an incredible staff. And the owners are wonderful as well. They are always there and a welcoming presence. They have so many things going along from trivia nights. Rockstar night. Craft night. Karaoke and even now in open Mike on Sundays. It's my home away from home.

The server was very friendly, and the venue was spacious. I thought it was refreshing that the TVs didn't have sports on them.
I appreciate their creative approaches to the usual bar food, but both dishes I got were waaay overcooked. One dish was actually burnt.
Also, they charge 4% for credit cards, and the suggested tip is calculated on the sum that includes taxes and credit card fees.

Welcome to your new favorite bar! Every night is a fun event, wither it be Craft Night (fellow introverts welcome!), Guitar Hero Night, Trivia Night, Karaoke Night, or something random, you will not be bored here! But let’s say you do want a drink and less crowds, come on the weekend in the early morning; they put Bluey on for the kids (and kids at heart) and you can just relax. And service is so warm. Every bartender can make a mocktail or cocktail to your taste, but their cocktail menu is always a good choice as well. And if you’re worried about the food, the quality is great BUT I still dream about their blue cheese burger from their old location. Sadly, it’s not on the menu anymore, so I refuse to give a 5/5 until it’s back! BUT, this is truly a place where everyone can eat. They have a full vegan menu, and can make some items gluten free on request. Definetly more bar food than grill, but again my standards are my beloved blue cheese burger, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
So to summarize, if you are looking for your new favorite bar, just come to 7 Stars; it will not disappoint.

Top of the bell curve
I’ve been to 7 Stars Bar & Grill half a dozen times since they opened, and it’s exactly what downtown Campbell needed. The Star Wars décor offers a cool Mos Eisley vibe without going overboard, and free board/card games add a relaxed, social element. Milo, the bartender, strikes a perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, giving the place a true neighborhood feel. Despite not having a full kitchen, the food is surprisingly good and fairly priced, with the chili dog being my personal favorite. Their weekly trivia and karaoke events give the bar a lively atmosphere, and there are always non-alcoholic options if you’re looking for something lighter. I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share how much I enjoy visiting this spot.
