My 9yo son had to use the bathroom after we all got ice cream here. The very condescending person at the counter was grinning at me and pointing me to take my son to Starbucks. I don’t know if that’s supposed to be like this but I seriously hope that this person gets into the same situation and gets to feel like my son does. Ridiculous if you ask me. I’d say don’t take your family here. Maybe go to a place where the staff isn’t so arrogant.

I oredered on-line to pick up a DIY Sundae pack for my grandaughters birthday surprise. It was so easy! The best part...it was packed, bagged and waiting for me in the freezer ready to go at the time I requested! Nice end to a long drive across town in the afternoon commute..and the little birthday gal was thrilled! Thank you to the team at this shop. I appreciate your efforts!!

This is the BEST Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to, and I grew up by the De Anza one (don’t go to that one — it’s terrible!)
The lovely people who work here are SO NICE (hi, CJ!) and the selection of cakes and ice cream flavors are superb and plentiful. The store is clean and well-stocked with fresh ice cream and friendly workers. You can’t go wrong! I’ll def be visiting this location regularly from now on!

Unlike most Baskin-Robbins stores, this one is spacious, modern, and well laid out. Also their is plenty of parking available.

Genius! A drive thru 31 flavors Baskin Robbins!! Service was great. Hot fudge sundae was perfect- lots of fudge and whipped cream and nuts and a cherry and so delicious! Brilliant!
