My newish tradition is going here for my birthday, they have a great selection of whiskeys/bourbons, from $20 pours to $600+. The wine selection is also vast, organized by varietal & region.
The service every visit has been excellent (Michelin star worthy), the menu and presentation has changed over the years keeping options fresh. The pasta portions were a bit smaller this last visit, but the handmade pastas were delicious! I highly recommend the hot stone trio, being able to warm the 3 different steaks table side is awesome! Most interesting dish of the night was the pear/mushroom carpaccio, light, refreshing and savory! We'll be back soon!

Quite possibly the best dining experience we’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in you’re treated like royalty and you’re immediately treated to culinary excellence with a delicious cup of bone broth. You walk by the kitchen which is viewable and the chef greets you. They have a 50 page wine list and amazing cocktails. The service was bar none and it’s the attention to detail that stands out (pineapples in ice? Check!) Our sparkling water service was impeccable; our glasses were never empty. The food was amazing! Everything we had we loved. One of the best filets I’ve ever had. Pricey? Yes, but this is an experience to be had. Well, well worth it. Don’t miss this gem!

I had such a nice experience celebrating my birthday at BE.STEAK.A last night. For me, it's difficult to find an upscale restaurant that, frankly, is worth going to.
From start to end there were good decisions that were executed perfectly. Not only that, all the staff seemed happy and to genuinely want my wife and I to enjoy ourselves.
I'm a little bit of a curmudgeon when it comes to fine dining but I'm actually happy that I went last night and I can't wait to go back.
I enjoyed my Caesar salad but steamed broccoli/cauliflower/zucchini option would have been nice to see as well.
Parking: It looked like a few cars were looking for spots but I lucked out and got one right away.

Delicious prime rib, scallops, and deviled eggs. The pork fried rice with truffled egg on top was a little salty and spicy. I love the espresso martini. Beautiful ambiance and friendly staff. I would like to their Sunday brunch in the future.

Expensive, but worth it.
Free chicken bone broth as soon as you walk in. Very good.
Free veggie samples. Amazing side sauce.
The Cesar salad was excellent. The egg by itself was good. But was funny and weirdly creamy in a salad
Ribeye was very juicy, when you take out the fat parts it was very good for one person. the side sauces were excellent as the carrot in the sauce was yummy.
The fillet mignon was very good, not much fat, cooked to perfection. The side sauce was also excellent. Gorgonzola sauce was surprisingly not overwhelming. And rather mild.
Eggplant side was amazing. Great fried eggplant and good cheese and marinara sauce. Way better a soggy eggplant normally expected
Bathroom was good, had a bidet. Bath salts to clean you have.
Free desert since it was Amy’s birthday, very good ice cream.
Pumpkin cream brûlée was great. Very good.
Staff was very friendly and overly accommodating in a good way.

We've been to Be.Steak.A before and have found their food to be delicious and fresh, the staff friendly, the cocktails unique, the bathrooms luxurious, and the atmosphere cozy.
Last night we went for my fiance's birthday and they went so above and beyond to make it special. A card at the table, a tour of the kitchen, a sparkler at dessert.... thank you to the staff of Be.Steak.A for making his dinner special. We have recommended this place to everyone we know. The food is delicious, the cocktails are unique, the candy bar when you leave.... I could go on and on. You can tell the owners and the chef have poured so much thought and love into this place. All kinds of unique and thoughtful touches throughout the whole restaurant. A restaurant like no other. Worth a visit!!!! Thank you again!!!!

My god, what a gem! Great ambience and lovely. This place is run by a Michelin star chef and it shows. It is very spendy, but it is absolutely worth it. A seceral course menu beginning with an amuse bouche, you can substitute an appetizer for the pasta course... of course your server will explain everything. They have an overly generous menu of spirits, and the cocktails I tried were as outstanding as the food. We had the duck and wagu sampler. The bone marrow appetizer is amazing, the Wagu sampler also. The Moneypenny cocktail with a small oyster on the half shell with caviar, all dusted in glittering gold flakes and served on its own little tray spoiled me like a goddess. The tropical cocktail I ordered after was just amazing to. The service is entirely up to the job of executing a perfect dining experience to compliment an amazing menu, my compliments to the chef! There is a window to the kitchen for the curious foodie in you! Never change be.steak.a - you're a winner!

My negative review is for brunch only. Nowhere on their website or in our reservation it wasn't stated that Sunday lunch hours are for buffet style brunch only and no regular lunch menu. While we've been numerous times at this place for dinner and everything was perfect and delicious, I couldn't expect that their brunch would be so horrible (especially for the price). The only really good thing was filet mignon, everything else was not quite fresh and not delicious. Service also non existent. Felt like completely different place compared to our dinner experience. Disappointing.
The food was a uneven and amateurish. The service was good. The overall feeling has a blingyness that doesn't excite me, but some people may love it.
We had the rib eye medium rare to share, and it had a nice sear, wood smoke flavor, and truffle wine reduction on the side. From the texture we wondered if it was sous-vide before grilling.
We also got the fried rice side: Italian-Chinese fusion, nice idea, could have worked well. But in reality, the rice was too dry and hard, and it was very salty and oily, with oil literally pooling in the dish. The pork seemed to be just bulk sausage, and it didn't have the melange of flavor you expect in a good fried rice. Hard to imagine how a pro kitchen could send that out.
The soggy Caesar salad and eggplant side was also disappointing.
The pineapple upside down cake desert was delicious.
