Went to brunch here today for the first time, exceeded my expectations! Definitely the best brunch I have ever had, and I've eaten at the most expensive brunch locations in Las Vegas. The quality and selection of food is outstanding. My daughter eats dairy and gluten free and had no problem eating here, there were plenty of options. You will not be disappointed!

What a fun and special experience! I made a reservation to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday. The ambiance was so nice, right when you walk in, you are greeted by the host with a delicious bone broth! I loved the table they gave us, it felt so intimate and quiet. The waitress was so nice and friendly, she gave us a rundown of the menu and was so attentive to our needs. They even brought over a stand to hold my jacket and purse!! The food is amazing!! We left with full bellies and leftovers. We got our faves, rib eye for me and filet mignon Oscar style for the hubs. Both were delicious! perfectly cooked. The yam stones is the best appetizer ever! We also got: - Focaccia Di Recco: we loved the cheesy part, but the bread was too thin, more like a chip than bread. - truffle fries: yum, pretty standard, nothing wow about it. - loaded baked potatoes: loved the cheese and fixings they added on top! - molten chocolate cake: more bitter and didn't really taste like a cake. This is definitely an experience for a celebration.

Five star service and absolutely amazing food!!!! Pricey, but you get what you pay for!! Wonderful for a special occasion and a fun experience! We had a beautiful meal and wonderful wine pairings suggested by the sommelier. Even a complimentary Baked Alaska and a signed card for my birthday! Nice touch!!

We cannot rave enough about this place! We go here every few months for date night and when our family members come to visit it's our first go-to for dinner! It's fun introducing out of towners to such a fabulous establishment! Last night my well traveled parents were in town and we spent three hours just eating, drinking and enjoying the atmosphere! They both said the meal was the best food they've ever had!! That says a lot as they cook gourmet meals at home and dine at fancy spots all over the world, including Michelin star restaurants! They couldn't say enough about the service either!!! Aaron has been our server twice now and we will continue to request him EVERY, SINGLE, TIME!! He takes his job seriously in fact, he knows everything there is to know about the menu and drink list. Ask him about the menu and he will answer with as much knowledge as the chef!!! The manager Carmine is absolutely phenomenal, sweet and knowledgeable as well, (especially with Italian wines and spirits!) If you are up for an experience with phenomenal food and amazing drinks, look no further than BE.Steak.A!

I will start with the good. The facility is immaculate and clean. They have a gorgeous decor which is both modern and classy. The service was excellent and friendly. Bob was attentive, entertaining, and professional. The strangozzi pasta was actually very good and flavorful. I'm not sure it was worth $32 but it was good. The baked potato was also tasty but not as hot as I hoped for so the crème turned into this cheesy lard texture after a while. The issue was the steak. It wasn't hot enough but it was still dry. There was no real charring on the surface and almost zero seasoning. It had a lot of tough sections and tendons that we couldn't even cut with their steak knife. The creamy horseradish was basically a spoonful of cream, the horseradish flavor and spice was undetectable. The first few times we went here, we were very happy. But the last two have been disappointing.
