Took 2 days off to give myself a mental break from work. I was on the brink of a breakdown and knew I needed to do this otherwise I would snap at anyone in my path. I did go to the gym in the morning per usual, but after I dropped Gavin off at school, I drove straight to Campbell to walk a few miles on the Los Gatos Creek trail. I was actually in the mood for a bowl of pho but then I remembered that I have been wanting to try this place. I ordered the spinach and cheese w/ tzatziki sauce and a spicy Thai w/ mango and jalapeno chutney. Of course, a Diet Coke to accompany my meal. It took about 10 minutes for my meal to be brought out. I was subtly regretting ordering 2 because they're quite big in size but after 7 miles completed, I felt entitled for the gluttony. Both empanadas were delicious, generous w/ the filling. Not to mention the 2 dipping sauces that I ordered (I think $.50) per was so good that I came back the next day to purchase some for Gavin, myself, and the alter. Staff will provide heating instructions. This time I ordered the traditional beef w/ their chimichurri sauce to go w/ it. I stuck w/ the spicy Thai and the spinach and cheese because it was too good. + get the mango and jalapeno chutney + get the tzatziki sauce + experiment and order different empanadas Friendly service. You can make any empanada a combo (salad or potatoes), too.

Great place and ambiance for an empanada and lounging. Their empanadas are quite large. One al a carte was definitely enough for me for lunch. It has a unique interior design style, with turquoise walls and a mix of tables and sofas. They have a free and easy parking lot right outside. It's only a few minutes from the main strip in Campbell, so we parked further down the road and walked over. Would definitely return!

Got a few empanadas to try - the lomo, chicken mushroom, and spinach & cheese. All of these were tasty and a good portion size ($7 each). They also have breakfast empanada options, though depending on when you come by, they may be out of certain items. Sauces are extra, but I thought the empanadas tasted fine without any sauces. I enjoyed the chicken mushroom empanada the best (also the most filling), then the spinach & cheese (the combo just works for me). You'll probably need at least two empanadas to fill up if you get them a la carte, but I guess that depends on what meal you're eating for! Staff was super friendly and quick to help when you walk in. I didn't have to wait too long to receive my order after placing it. There's a good amount of tables for dine-in but lots of people also just grab it as takeout. Decent sized shared lot for parking, though it can fill up. I would come back and try some additional flavors, including the breakfast flavors and maybe a sweet one too!

I walked over to BAE after the Campbell's Farmers Market and felt like this cafe was very casual and great for a quick snack/meal break. I ordered the Chorizo Eggs & Cheese since it was close to brunch time, and it was good! The empanada was hot, and the outer layer of it was crispy! I do think it needs some sauce or something spicy, but that's just my preference! I'd come back to try their lunch options!

I love their empanadas! They’re crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. They were very filling and the prices were reasonable. I’m definitely coming back. The place is so cute! It’s a great snack if you want something fast and delicious. Try all of their sauces!

One of the best places to get your caffeine fix, IMO. Strong espresso, lol. Came here for lunch and it was a vibe. Empanadas were delish, I got the Thai chicken, chicken Cilantro and the lomo- all were flavorful AF, even without the sauces they have to offer but their hot sauce was doable. Friendly workers, blasting spanish musica, and very spacious to park, and dine in. Service was quick and their simplicity made me a fan. Would probably come here again in the future and try an empanada WITH their sauces. Minus a star because it was my first time and didn't have much guidance on recommendations lol that's probably on me, huh?

We had the traditional beef, chicken cilantro, and Mediterranean empanadas, they were all amazing! The service was also great, we were told about the history of the beef empanada and its middle eastern influence.

Solid empanadas! I love bae for short hand. It took a couple of minutes until I was greeted in the front, they seemed busy in the back at the time. The worker who helped me was super nice and asked if I wanted the empanadas warmed up to eat. I got the beef and spicy thai. Both were good, I wasn't expecting olives in the beef but it added some more flavor. Spicy Thai was I just ok to me. I do want to come back and try other flavors. Plenty of tables inside and few outside tables.
