Breakfast sandwich is very good. Sour dough, avocado, chili aioli, bacon, hash brown, egg. Nicely balanced flavor, a little bit of savory, spicy, creamy. Not too much. The sourdough is crispy but not hard to bite.Oak milk latte is higher than average but not special.

Food and drinks were delicious! The hotter beverage had more flavor, compared to the iced drink. I did need to remind them that I was missing part of my order. The price range really depends on if you just get a drink or food to pair with it. I think I spent roughly $30 for 2 drinks, a sandwich and a cinnamon roll.

You haven't lived until you've eaten their Avocado Toast. It's spicey, the sourdough is toasted just right. I love this place. Nice open ambiance with helpful staff. Oh, and even their brewed coffee is tasty. Parking is a breeze inside the building.

Okay, here goes. The breve latte I had with breve (half and half). Excellent! Ambiance? Great. Service? Meh. Maybe it's because we went in at the end of the day. They close at 5pm and we showed up at 4:20pm. Not last minute but 40 minutes before closing. The barista seemed annoyed that we walked in. I suppose I can understand but they close at 5pm. We asked for a ceramic cup. The batista flat out said. "No, we are about to close." Again, we were there 40 minutes before closing. It just seems like people don't go the extra mile any more. A cup to wash is too much?? Come on! Where is the customer service?? $5.50 for a breve latte and you get the dirty look for free. Not sure that's what I'm looking for in a coffee house where I go to relax and decompress.

Their coffee is good but you just have to get coffee and whatever they have ready! If you order anything from the breakfast menu It will take forever to make it ready for you. Even a simple avocado toast!
