Breakfast sandwich is very good. Sour dough, avocado, chili aioli, bacon, hash brown, egg. Nicely balanced flavor, a little bit of savory, spicy, creamy. Not too much. The sourdough is crispy but not hard to bite.Oak milk latte is higher than average but not special.

Been here couple of times, what I love the most is the atmosphere here.Each corner is a different theme.Find yourself a spot and indulge in the vibe.
Food and drinks were delicious! The hotter beverage had more flavor, compared to the iced drink. I did need to remind them that I was missing part of my order. The price range really depends on if you just get a drink or food to pair with it. I think I spent roughly $30 for 2 drinks, a sandwich and a cinnamon roll.

You haven't lived until you've eaten their Avocado Toast. It's spicey, the sourdough is toasted just right. I love this place. Nice open ambiance with helpful staff. Oh, and even their brewed coffee is tasty. Parking is a breeze inside the building.
The hot chocolate that I ordered was good, but nothing to write home about.I also had a chocolate flan. A best as I can tell, it was some chocolate cake on top of regular flan. It was also good, but I am not sure if I would order it again.There is a parking garage specifically for retail customers for this residential/retail complex. The garage is located on the first floor of the complex, behind the stores. The driveway to access the parking garage is on the north side of the complex.

Love this Big mug location. I always have a friend date here and we catch up over coffee and honey toast... our favorite! The honey toast is the perfect breakfast dessert goodie. Service is friendly. They have different seating arrangements ranging from high bar stools, to tables, to a cozy nook with pillows. Parking is on the side with a little parking garage.

Okay, here goes. The breve latte I had with breve (half and half). Excellent! Ambiance? Great. Service? Meh. Maybe it's because we went in at the end of the day. They close at 5pm and we showed up at 4:20pm. Not last minute but 40 minutes before closing. The barista seemed annoyed that we walked in. I suppose I can understand but they close at 5pm. We asked for a ceramic cup. The batista flat out said. "No, we are about to close." Again, we were there 40 minutes before closing. It just seems like people don't go the extra mile any more. A cup to wash is too much?? Come on! Where is the customer service?? $5.50 for a breve latte and you get the dirty look for free. Not sure that's what I'm looking for in a coffee house where I go to relax and decompress.

The service here has gone downhill very fast. Every barista has been incredibly rude, and they have made it a habit to close early, or make is very rudely known that they are closing within an hour. Literally no other coffee shop I have been to treats customers that way. This location clearly does not care if customers return, nor do they want your money. Big Mug badly needs new ownership and completely new staffing. No one is immune to the incessantly disrespectful attitude of the baristas here.
