It's always great. I had to remove one star from food because somehow pizza at the other location in MTV is better! No idea how but that's a fact :)

Staff is chill and food is good. Nothing special about the seating, but it is nice and open.
Parking: It's a downtown area, so you may have to park a decent distance away depending on time you eat.

Greatest pizza I've ever had. Better than deep dish in Chicago. Crust is really good too. It's pretty expensive (25-35$ per pizza) but small is really filling. Easily 2 or even 3 meals.
Liked the pizza and beer, price is right and i recommend this place.

We came in around 5:15pm and it was not busy. We ordered immediately upon being seated because we knew what we wanted and knew that a deep dish pizza takes 30 minutes. We asked for water and then waited almost 10 minutes before getting it. Then the real waiting began.
After almost 30 minutes more a different wait person came by and we asked about our pizza. They said they would check and then didn't come back. Our original wait person finally returned and apologized for the delay and said our pizza would be out soon.
About 15 more minutes and the pizza arrived. The crust was completely black. When we told our server the pizza was burned he apologized again and said they could remake it but it would be another 30 minutes.
Are you kidding me! We just wasted nearly an hour sitting in a restaurant waiting for a pizza and they ask if we want to wait 30 minutes more. No offer of a discount, a free drink, or anything else to make up for total incompetence. Mistakes happen but this is inexcusable.
We have had good pizza here in the past and the service has been mediocre. Today was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my entire life. We left and will NOT be going back.

The deep dish is where it’s at. Chopped Chicago - amazing. The crust and the sauce are perfection! Great atmosphere and a great location.

Deep Dish Pizza can get really greasy if you eat too much, especially the turning points of the crust which are extremely greasy, but the meatballs are well seasoned.

Abysmal - First time eating from here and probably the last.
Purchased 2 pies from here. The first was a Large “grandmother style” Pepperoni. The style wasn’t an issue, but everything else was. To begin the “Large” is a 12 inch pie, I’m sorry but for $30-35$ that is criminal. The crust was oily and had a fried texture versus a baked one. They should have called it “cheesy bread with pepperoni” because there was ZERO sauce on it. I don’t know what the cheese blend was (and I don’t think they specified) but it was dense and gummy, no stretch at all.
2.5/10 - The pepperoni slices were good
The second pie was a Small Thin Crust Cheese. Now, you might be thinking - “If the large was only 12” then how small is the small??” The answer is, 12 inches. Disparity of value aside the Thin Crust Cheese was just as bad if not worse. The crust had ZERO crisp and nearly as much flavor. Judging by the bottom it was obviously ordered by a restaurant supply company and previously frozen. Again, there was no sauce and the cheese was dense, hard, and gummy. I’ve had better frozen pizzas.
.5/10 - at least they got the size correct.
I know they have deep dish on the menu and maybe that’s where they really shine, I’m not sure? Maybe we just got some bad pizza? But any self respecting pizza shop should be able to consistently produce a decent cheese pizza that didn’t taste like a cheap, previously frozen frisbee.
As a side note to the manager or owner: I’m putting down 2 stars for service because even though this was a takeaway order, the man who helped us was abrasive and walked away from us without a word before our payment was even accepted or declined.

We had a good pizza meal here with deep dish pizza. It was very good and they use a cornmeal crust which was different from what I am used to but also much healthier. The service was good and we sat outside which was nice. The inside seating looks okay too.

Unbelievable! We used to love the place but the last online order was sooo disappointing. They gave us 2 half of different pizzas!!! Looks like they decided to put two unfinished pizzas together.
WIL NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THE PLACE AGAIN!!
So disgusting
