My sister Doordashed some lattes and donuts for me last week since I was feeling under the weather. She ordered me the pandan latte (creamy and extra sweet), cookie butter latte (this was so good) and half a dozen of donuts. Honestly, they shouldn't have sold the donuts if they ran out of fun flavors. We don't get to select the donut flavors so it was super disappointing to open the box to see plain and powder sugar donuts! Not worth the $16.50 that she paid and they lost a returning customer.

I ended up getting the roaster oolong milk tea with pearls. I'm definitely enjoying the drink so far!

I came here excited about the surprise plushies at the bottom of the cups and the cute decor. I got the Chizu Strawberry Green Tea. It was nearly $8 with toppings, which is pretty pricey. I paid a few extra dollars on top of that for the surprise plushie. While the plushie was a fun addition, the drink itself was disappointing. There was virtually no tea taste. Instead, it felt like I was sipping on strawberry puree diluted with water. While I appreciate the novelty of the surprise plushies, I feel like they should focus on the quality their drinks to justify the price.

Tonight is my first graveyard shift, so our manager got us Bober. She got me a milk tea with brown sugar. It was so darn good! It had a nice sweetness to it that was perfect. So I also thought it was weird that my straw didn't go all the way down, but the bottom felt hollow. Well, duh, there was a toy in the bottom like an advent calendar. Very cute concept, to say the least. I'll definitely be back.

The management here is horrible. I went there to do pickup from Too Good To Go today, when I arrived at 7 pm, there was NO mochi donuts left, they ran out the supply at 5 pm, and the store manager forgot to cancel my order and I had to drive all the way home for nothing, waste my time and gas. This is the second time happened to me in a month, and I strongly discourage people to come to this location. I wish there is a Zero star for review, so I can have this place a Zero.

Never have any products available. Whether you walk in the morning, afternoon or night, you'll leave disappointed because there's never anything. Also, a head's up. If you haven't had a product for months, take off the giant sign that says "available now". A waste of time and gas because you are just gonna leave disappointed. Also, the big girl working today is just plain rude.

Tried the Pink Pear Tea and very good! The sugar levels can not be adjusted on the fruit teas~ I also tried the black sesame mochinut and it was sooooo good! The last place I went to in San Diego was not even good, so I'm really glad it was so good here! Great service! Parking in big lot~ Some indoor seating~ Restroom~

I came by on Tuesday as they have a promotion where you can purchase a mochi donut for $1 with a purchase of a drink. I ordered two oreo brown sugar milk teas and two cookies n creme mochi donuts which both were amazing. The price was normal as nowadays boba is somewhat expensive but with the bearbrick cups it was about $23. The service was really slow but that's because there was only 2 workers working at the time but the inside of the shop was super dirty. All the tables and seats were dirty and with trash so it was hard to find a clean table to sit at. I'd honestly only come again on tuesdays just for the $1 mochi donuts.

Love the concept and self serve the aesthetic is so cute and we paid the extra few dollars for the cute surprises however the drinks were not that good. We got a milk tea, a fruit tea and a coffee, to try each. No one was really impressed we were impressed by the surprises at the bottom of our cups. The mochi donuts were not fresh. I will come back perhaps try something else I got a pineapple tea and it wasn't very pineapplely perhaps the pineapples were just not very sweet. Even though it's self serve there was a line to order at the self service area. Definitely a very cute spot Instagram worthy.

I got the strawberry green tea and it was not very good. Half of my drink was filled with ice & the tea flavor was not prominent at all. It just tasted like strawberry juice with no tea at all. The boba was was chewy & hard with a weird flavor. The store was nice & super pink! Service was okay. You just order on the kiosk.

This rating is not for the quality of tea or donuts because I haven't gotten to try them. Despite opening at 8am, there were neither tea nor donuts available when I walked in at 10 past 8. There also weren't many apologies from the lone worker who came out to tell me that drinks wouldn't be available for another 45 minutes and no donuts for an hour. Is this the daily schedule? I don't have a business degree but this seems a little off.
