This is the only Bucca that doesn't let you order the special if you have more than 4 people.

Large portions!! Dined in for lunch. Choose between a food coma or a second dinner.

Service takes phone orders over your table service. Food quality is unauthentic and seems worse than ever. One person never got their food on time. Had to take it home.

It has become a sad relic of its former self.

Our experience at Buca di Beppo in Campbell has always been good, but this time the service was less than stellar. We had reservations but had to wait nearly 20 minutes to be seated, even though there were only two other tables occupied. There was no beer available on tap, and only 4 bottled varieties (at least 10 were listed on the menu). Our server did her best with the limited staff and supplies.

The service was horrible and so were the restrooms. I would not recommend this place at all!

Had a fun time

Always a great family restaurant. Food is delicious. Ambiance is quercky but cozy. It's such a big restaurant, that it often feels like it's your own space. Servers are nice ;)

Buca has been a go to spot for our family, especially when we have a large party. They easily accommodate when we have 12, 14 or sometimes even more. Their large portions are designed to be shared, which makes ordering easy, as we can get a few items, but feeds the whole table. They have some really flavorful specialty drinks as well.

The service was very poor. Bread brought after the meal, had to ask for appetizer plates to be cleared so we had room for main course. Had to ask for plates for main course. Weren't given cutlery, had to ask. When we did the server scoffed and rudely asked “ you need more silverware”. I replied no we were never given any. Had to ask for check. Worst dining experience I've had in years, and we dine out regularly. I get that everyone has an off night, but this wasn't that. The server just didn't care.

Food was good. Bread didn't come til after the middle of our meal (we ordered garlic bread as well as regular bread). Service was a little slow despite the restaurant not having too many customers. One of the servers who helped out reeked strongly of cigarettes.

Quality it a mid for the price, but the portions are big so it makes up for it. A good place to go as a group and get stuffed.

Apple Salad excellent as always. Salmon appeared to be farm raised, not wild/fresh. Sprouts were overcooked. Mixed drink was terrible. Overpriced and underperformed. Service staff was very good.

great experience. was not expecting food quality to be outstanding. garlic bread was delicious and plentiful. salad was exactly as ordered and generous. lasagna was meaty and cheesy and served steaming hot. cannoli were great! the restaurant manager walked around, checked in with us a couple of times and was busy taking notes it seemed. we would have appreciated a plate and table set up when the cannoli were delivered

The service and food was great and we want to thank the main manager and Leslie for all there help we had a big group and everything went smoothly
