Attention to details in orders are never on point at this location. Check your bags before you leave!

Majority of the time I get hard tiny pieces in my hamburgers that are clear or white in color....its concerning thinking about what's in the meat. Plus dude...my teeth...what if I crack a tooth!

My daughters burger still comes with pickles week after week when I order it without.

Onion rings should not be put in the bags if they are burnt to a crisp either. Today they were fine. But the last two of my orders were not even edible.

I shouldn't have to tell the employee I need my sauce that comes with the chicken nuggets...this happens everytime i go....if I had a dollar for everytime an employee asked me if I wanted sauce when its already listed on the order....I could be rich.

I was shorted on the nuggets also. I got 6 pieces and ordered 8.

Enough of these small things have now led to me writing this review. I buy this weekly at the end of the week for my daughter and I.

I'd like to see improvement or we will go elsewhere on our weekly cheat meal.

The food is fine, standard BK fair, but the new AI drive thru “agent” is painfully slow. Avoid during the lunch rush as the drive thru line takes much longer to process each order.

Also we really don’t need it to take the time to give us an artificial welcome message and introduce itself by name…

New AI ordering at the drive thru is incredibly slow and annoying. Also, partner and I got sick the following morning, throwing up twice. Pretty sure this place gave us food poisoning.

Undiscovered Galaxy

Ordered a Whopper with No Tomatoes (I am allergic). The burger had tomatoes on it so I brought it back to the counter. They tried to just take the tomatoes off and not make me a new burger. I explained to three different employees that I was allergic. They had an attitude about making me a new burger. They made me a new burger but managed to mess that one up too. I even provided the label that showed what was supposed to be on the burger.

When using drive thru check your bag! They ALWAYS forget to give you atleast 1 item. Who cares if they get upset make sure you check your bag. Missing $15 worth of items. Shouldnt be the case in drive thru.
