Burger was ok, service was bad. We ordered kids meal, but then decided to order a regular burger instead, since they cost within $2 - but the person at the counter conveniently forgot to mention that kids eat free on Sundays, so we basically wasted $11+tx. When my Cali burger arrived, it was missing avocado and the sauce. When I complained, they asked if I wanted them on a side or have my burger remade. I said “on a side” to save time. Few mins later and still nothing, I came near the kitchen again to find out what was taking so long (there was practically nobody at the joint at this time) - turned out, they were remaking it instead. Overall, the experience was just so unpleasant that we will never go back there again. Note that we left $8 tip on $52 order and all we got for it was that they brought the food to the table and all the above chaos; considering unnecessarily spending $11 only kids burger, we felt like we grossly overpaid for what what we got …

Great burgers, onion rings, and service!
I always get the SOB (double patty), with avocado and bacon and it hits the spot!

There is a reason why this casual fact food restaurant is still around being surrounded by a habit burger 🍔, Kirk burger 🍔, shake shack to name a few. The food is great here with lots of variety to choose from not to mention their milk shakes. Prices are reasonable. Oh their onions 🌰 rings are so good almost as good as Saint John's in Santa Clara.

I love this place because I am gluten and dairy free. Their menu has items I can eat and it's delicious. Plus my family loves their burgers. Dairy free milkshakes, oh yeah!

We love Burger Lounge. The crispy edge’s on the burger are supremely good. We’ve visited several locations throughout California and truly this is our top place for a good burger. The BBQ sauce is excellent for dipping fries or onion rings. Wish I had the recipe to duplicate at home.

Food was very greasy, oil smelled rancid. Employees were all laughing and talking to each other. Place was dirty and cluttered.

Rafael went above and beyond during our visit today. His knowledge of the menu and genuinely welcoming demeanor made a strong impression—especially since this was our first time here and we stumbled upon the restaurant by chance. He elevated the experience and left a great first impression. What will keep us coming back is continued service like Rafael’s, along with the restaurant’s commitment to plant-based menu options, which is especially meaningful to us as vegetarians. For reference: our meal (an Impossible Burger, half fries/half onion rings, and two drinks) totaled a little over $20—roughly $5 more than comparable spots in the area.

This place is truly amazing! It's my first time here and I'm really impressed! The decor is nice and modern. Customer service is spot on. But the best part is the burger! OMG it was so good! I would recommend getting the Truffle-Mushroom Swiss Buger. 10/10

I love it here! The food is AMAZING and the staff are very helpful. Only reason its not fives across the chart is the fs t that their storage is in some of the sitting area and the bathrooms were a little messy. Other than that I always have a good experience here!

The food here is just okay. Nothing spectacular and not worth the price.
Prices are high for what you get. The hamburger was below average, and the Wild Alaskan Cod sandwich had no flavor. Tables weren’t cleaned properly, making the overall experience disappointing.

This is definitely a great lunch burger spot.
I ordered the bacon and bleu. Which comes with gorgonzola, arugula, tomatoes and garlic aioli. Fries and drink =$24
Burger was a good burger. Filling, well cooked, seasoned proportionally, great flavors. Walked away happy.
A little too much sauce (aioli) if I'm being honest, could go light and only have it on one bun and not both.
The sesame seed bun as you can see looks... Well... Not sesame enough? I mean.. Sparsely would be legitimate to call that.
Fries were good, could use a touch more salt, and the craft sodas were excellent.
All on all, a great lunch burger. Better than 5 guys for sure for a similar price point. If you only eat $10 and under burgers, you will be better off just going to in n out, but if you like a solid pub-style burger fast and well executed this place will absolutely satisfy.
Great staff too, attentive, good people, well run.
Came in at 12:15. Out by 1235. Dine in.

The milkshakes here are the best. The scoop of ice cream they use for the chocolate milkshake is out of this world. Their burgers and salads are also fresh and tasty.
