I recommend the grass fed burger. It is rich in flavor and satisfying. The bison burger is also delicious but I recommend it without the barbecue sauce as it is too sweet. The horseradish sauce, also standard, is sufficient and fully complements the burger.
I think this is the first time I've had a bougie fast-food style burger that was actually worth the $16 price tag! Good truffle mushroom swiss. It was a little on the dryer side, but not in a negative way. I've had them before where they put so much truffle mayo on it that you can't taste anything else. You can taste the beef!
