Probably one of the consistently worst chipotles we go to. We get chipotle 1x a week at least and this location always disappoints. There’s a tall, blonde person who works there who is ALWAYS rude, averts eye contact, and gives minuscule portions even if you ask for extra. Officially wont be back.

The food is very good but staff are not customer oriented. They are in their own world and servers are stingy...they put a spoonful in your bowl and go back and take half spoon off !!!! Lame gesture. I should give staff 0 stars really, but I enjoyed my bowl so I am being generous.

We went to dinner at 9:30pm and they didn't let us have a guacamole because they were going to cut it, we told them that we wanted 11 burritos and they didn't even let us have it. The girl was very rude to my daughter that happened today 02/10/2025 very bad service

I can't give an honest 1 star. i know what I'm getting if I wat here, lol. As a Mexican person, I have to remind myself that Chipotle is still cheaper than laxatives.

The meat didn’t taste quite fresh. Everything else was good.
Would love to leave a decent to great review but unfortunately the service was lackluster at best. Server did not greet so I asked for a burrito but she started to make a bowl. Portion sizes were much smaller than usual; I assume with being preoccupied (I could count the 10 beans lol). Manager was cold and uninviting and laughed and mocked a family with the serving employee. The cashier was not friendly and had side conversation with the manager during checkout. Lastly, once I paid I had to reach over the counter to grab my bag as both manager and cashier were in their own world. Location is convenient during lunch hour but I recommend going the extra mile to another location. I almost thought of walking out as I waited for the fajitas to be prepared but didn’t want to waste any food. Very rude staff

Very rude stuff especially the young boy that obviously refused to give his name . Have the door locked at the open time and didn't even bother to come out and tell me right away that the food is not ready. I had to wait 15 minutes when finally the boy came out to rudely tell me food is not ready. "Open" time means open to serve . Management should do better!

If I could give zero stars I would, they gave us so little meat, rice and almost no beans in a bowl, I asked for guacamole and chips and they only had the guacamole. The worst place I have ever visited.
