Love this spot at the Pruneyard in Campbell :) Their smoothies and juices are made with fresh ingredients and you can tell! Muteeb was very kind and answered all my questions. My workout group has been coming to Clean Juice after our work out session every week since a year ago. Our go-to orders are the longevity smoothie and the tropical one. Very fresh as it’s made to order! Because the drinks are made fresh, it’s understandable that it may take longer than expected when there are a lot of customers so I like to order our drinks on my phone ahead of time after our work out and go to Trader Joe’s to get some groceries. By the time we head to pick up our drinks, they are already prepped or almost done prepping! Muteeb has been the guy who makes our drink since day 1. I would say he’s the most experienced in this store and can get your order out faster than other staff. He remembers us early on even though we only go once a week. It’s nice to have a place where we are seen as regulars!A feedback to the management team: a lot of times there is only 1-2 staff making the drinks and food when there are a lot of customers. There’s only so much 1 staff can do at a time so it’s reasonable that it would take longer to complete the orders. Maybe consider adding more staff at certain shifts to help improve the waiting time or consider improving the SOP.

I saw a few weeks back that they were training a new girl. While they were training her I noticed that she wasn't using gloves and kept touching her phone then putting it back in her pocket and making people's sandwiches. I came in again and luckily she was wearing gloves but continued to touch her face and hair. She is dressed very disheveled which it's early I get it but when I see her scooping the fruits and touching them it is not appetizing. Clean juice in aptos is immaculate compared to this one. I usually order online but glad I could see this in person.

I'm not sure if there is new ownership but the service is horrible. We unfortunately were served brown avocado that was unhealthy to consume. I would avoid this place.

12/9/2023A bit disappointed...the sign says they close at 5 on Saturday's. Came at 4:40 and lights are off / everyone has gone home for the day.2 stars for lack of signage telling customers what's up :-(And, I wasn't the only one who came at 4:40 :-( boo

Worst customer service ever! No greeting, no acknowledgment I was there, no smiles AND I had to ask to be helped.and no other customers were there!! …that should have been the first sign to exit asap!! Good luck to the owner……wouldn’t go there again even if everything was free!
