Continental really knocked it out of the park. I’m vegan and they were the only caterers on our venue’s “preferred” list that gave us an option that was actually interesting for vegans. It was a creamy lemon pasta that was one of the most popular entrees there! We received a lot of compliments on all of the food – with a lot of people starting it off as “Wedding food usually isn’t great, but wow this is awesome!” The team at Continental was really helpful in the planning process as well, helping us pick out linens and our menu. Definitely recommend! (They have excellent non-vegan food too!)

Just had our wedding at nestldown. I am so happy all my guest complimented continentsl for an excellent food when it comes to taste. Was so surprised all of my hundred guest were so happy and satisfied and non stop saying that the food was delicious from bread, vegetarian dish, grilled peach salad and the main course, as well as the caterers staff did a very good job- very professional..Of course. They did a great job catering our daughter's baptism reception. Kate who was the event coordinator made every thing easy for us. She helped us plan the menu which turned out great. Food was excellent and staff was very friendly. They knew what to do from start to finish. Even the people who run the facility we used told us we hired the best company. I attended a wedding in Villa Montalvo and the food was amazing. This was my favorite appetizer, fresh sashimi sushi garnished with an orange slice and green on top of a crispy tortilla. So fresh and Yum!

Continental Caterers were a dream catering company for our wedding in October 2021. We were blown away at our tasting with them and they did not disappoint on the wedding day! We received a lot of compliments from our guests about the quality of the food. This was impressive also to me because we were eating outside in 53 degree weather and the food was still quite hot when we were eating. The company as a whole is super professional, all of their wait staff was so kind and attentive. They were able to quickly and subtly deconstruct and reset tables that had gotten wet in the rain. I also want to compliment Brittany who is their coordinator. She is such a lovely human to work with – so thorough, professional, and kind. She really knows the company well and is very experienced. Overall, we had an awesome experience with them and would recommend them to anyone needing a caterer!

We used Continental Caterers for our wedding this past June and they were fantastic! Due to COVID and schedules we weren't able to do a true tasting of the menu, but we went with the recommendations of Brittney, our main contact while planning everything. The food was delicious! Our main point of contact on the day was also great (I think her name was Lori...sorry! The day was a blur!). She had celebratory drinks ready for us right after the ceremony. We were preoccupied with pictures during most of the cocktail hour, but she made sure to set aside some appetizers for us. She also made sure we actually ate our dinner! They were very open and straightforward with their estimate. Their online portal is also easy to use.They were also very open and communicative while discussing food allergies. We had a peanut allergic guest so I wanted to make sure they would be comfortable - Brittney immediately put flags on all our documents and was happily willing to talk to the guest to put them at ease. Would definitely use them again for another catered event!

Christie went above and beyond as a catering service offering their expertise and solutions outside of catering, and so flexible with all the changes they have. Their food was amazing as well, and our guests even went out of their way to let us know.

They catered a retirement party this weekend and were just great. With Covid there was a lot of calling back and forth and possible changes going on. They were just terrific about it. Turned out we moved out party outdoors and the weather cooperated! Continental came on time and set up all they needed to and the food was great. Their team went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding catering business.

We hired Continental Caterers for our wedding that was originally set for 2020. We of course had to postpone, and postponing with Continental was so easy. We worked with Mike and then Brittney, who were both so great to work with. Brittney was always very responsive to our emails and with any questions or concerns we had, especially when we had to plan a wedding with changing guidelines! They assured us that they were taking precautions with safety measures, which we greatly appreciated. The food at Continental is so amazing. So many guests raved to us about our food, especially our foodie guests, with the taste, quality, and look. My husband loves their pear salad and was actually looking forward to getting it on our wedding day, and he is not a person who cares about salad. Continental is a preferred vendor at our venue (Los Altos History Museum), so they know the setup and everything, which was an added bonus. Our wedding day went so smoothly, and we are so glad that Continental was a part of our wedding!

She was so responsive to my emails and always willing to help. They even helped coordinate rentals for our linens, which was super helpful!Because of COVID, we didn't feel comfortable doing a tasting in advance.
