We went with our 4 year old for a brunch on a Sunday morning. The place was 30% full. Our child decided like many 4 year old kids to take extra time to decide what he wants. The lady wearing glasses pushes us hard to order fast as she has lots of customers. She started pitching French fries to a 4 year old when parents don't want him to get French fries.
She pressured and pushed us to order faster when we were telling her that our order is ready and it's just that our child is taking a bit longer to agree for his side dish.
We got up, told her our feedback politely and left the restaurant.
Looks like Denny's has decided that their staff should tell parents what to feed their children so that the person taking the order can get her job done faster.
No kindness, no compassion, no patience in the staff here for families with children.
This used to be our favorite location but NOT any more.
If you have kids please STAY away from this place or you will be told what to feed your kids.
Dear Owner,
There is no point asking us to call you to what happened. You just lost a neighbor and a regular customer forever.

If I could give a - 5 . Never been so disappointed. The saratoga Ave one is much better. : ( I even gave 20% tips on a togo pick up. Only 1 waiter was serving. I was standing there 15 mins no one cares. And then the waiter told me to stand away to let someone pay the bill first. Would never come back to this location : ( The size of the harsh brown looks like someone ate it and left over... shocking.

It was pretty packed when we got there.A table for but I was quite surprised that we got attended to right away and the food Came out quickly as well.Overall a great experience
I just ate and although it was super busy, the service was magnificent... the food didn't take long, everything was very delicious... Tamara was my waitress and I really liked the service... thank you, we will be back!!!
