Today, when picking up our order, it was 2 Indian guys working there tonight. I observed the Indian pizza maker topping a pepperoni pizza without wearing gloves for the next order. I believe this is unhygienic and violates USPH and FDA standards. It's crucial to ensure proper hand hygiene and the use of gloves, especially when handling food like making pizzas.Also, my pasta lacked sufficient Alfredo sauce, making it dry, whereas it used to be rich and creamy before.

Terrible terrible terrible service! I just called the store to see if I can get a refund or a new pizza made today since I placed an order last night to be picked up but was closed by the time we went there to pick up. Only to be told that it was my fault and that they can’t give me a refund or anything then hung up on me. I’m going to report to the better business bureau cuz this is just nonsense! DONT EVER COME TO THIS STORE! ?

The listing says the location closes for takeout at 11pm. However, when I arrived at 9:40pm to take out my order, they said they close at 9:30pm. This has never been the case before at this location. I think they just wanted to leave early. If they really closed at that time, they should put something else on the app, Google listing, or even the door! I’m done with this location.

Was a car side delivery. 15 mins of waiting and nobody showed up. When my son went in to pick up he was told that free pizzas cannot be given as there needs to be some dollar exchange. Sounded ridiculous so I went into the store and was informed that the store boss had instructed no free pizzas were to be given. Apparently multiple folks were being turned away. When I insisted they said they would make it. So another 15-20 mins of wait. I should have just walked away. While I was there it was total chaos. Lost orders, half orders. Staff was clueless and was clearly overwhelmed. Staff was addressing patrons as “oh boss”. HQ should take notice of this store and how it is being run.
Ordered online and drove to location since the tracker was saying completed. When we got to location and gave the manager our order number he say it's was not paid for and the order is fake. Like what I have never heard this and then he said it's was because we were late. if I'm late where's my pizza then. He couldn't keep a story straight. On our way out a mother and daughter had the same issue. Seems he didn't want to take any promo codes.

Do not use the app. It doesn’t work, no matter how many times you try. Don’t do an automated order unless you want the order NOW because it doesn’t ask you for a time of delivery. Only order with the human on the other end or you’re going to have a horrible experience. Problem: it’s nearly impossible to get a human to place your order. As for the pizza, don’t bother with that either. It’s outrageously expensive; then there’s the delivery tip; all for a horrible…..was that pizza?!! They call it Domino’s because you just want to knock it over…into the trash can.
