The frozen hot chocolate was surprisingly lacking in flavor. Maybe their coffee is good, but not this. On the bright side, service was quick and friendly, just a 2 minute wait for my order on a Saturday around noon.... but maybe it's cuz they forgot to add flavor to my beverage!?!

I go here all the time but today 5/6 at 1:30pm. I used a different debit card that I rarely use. So, when I saw a charge for Pure Romance LLC, it was obvious that someone from this location had taken my card information. They take the card and you don’t always see what they’re doing. Which is too bad because now I’ll have to find another business to support when I need coffee. Buyer beware.

3.5 stars; rounded up. I grew up in Campbell and have always wanted to try this place out. Today was the day. You can order either via the drive-thru or the walk-up window. The young lady working was friendly. I got a large iced vanilla latte ($5.90). It was good, but it better be for that price. Note, iced drinks only come in either the small or large size. Minus 1 star for the price. I also asked for light ice, but I'm pretty sure I still got normal ice.

Always enjoy their fresh and hot coffees.I usually order a drink before going to little lous.last drink was disappointing to me I ordered a holiday drink ( with mint) but was given a regular coffee ☕ instead. Couldn't go back as they were closedWas also charged for the holiday drinkPerhaps the batista was tired.

Great drinks. I used to get them when on my way to school, been going here for the past 2-3 years. Expect what you pay for, the place is not pricy at all and the drinks are great for the price. It gets packed sometimes but nothing too crazy. They also have oatmeal which is a great morning snack on the way to work or gym.

Excellent customer service! Always welcoming and friendly. I greatly appreciate this. As much as a good coffee! Their chai latte is delicious! The best I have had so far. I drive to it especially for it. I highly recommend this local gem!
