Great food, staff, prices, and service.

Ice tea sucks, my food was oily, most desserts were not available. Waitress was nice and normally the food is pretty good. This place is the hot spot for the elderly..;)

I've eaten there frequently, so that's a clue. This time there was only one waitperson on so it was a little slow. Can't really fault the waitress, she was moving. Reasonable price for decent quality food.

This is your classic neighborhood watering hole bar restaurant. Many of the patrons are locals, and you get the feeling that a good amount of the patrons know each other, the owners and staff intimately. Not in the amorous way, but in a sort of familial kind of way. I have a friend who is one of these regulars, and if I ever come to see her, Effie's will be on that agenda where I will have a vodka tonic and a beer and a nice catchup with my friend before moving on to our other social activities. The restaurant is located near the main Street at the edge of the residential neighborhood. It is its own standalone building, and is not surrounded by other businesses.

I don't have much to say about the restaurant here because all I've ever participated in here was the bar. I imagine my experience is enhanced by being here with a local who I can observe participating in her natural environment, and introduces me to all the other regulars as well. My overall impression is the people are friendly, the drinks are good, and the establishment has been around for a good long while. Maybe one day. I'll actually have a meal here and can then comment on the food. This is why I can't comment on the rating for food.

I don't know if they still do, but I understand. They also do karaoke here..

Service was good, as the waiters are nice. The food was pretty good. Ordered the cheesesteak and French Onion Soup and I was satisfied. The atmosphere is laid back and quiet. Would come again.

The burger was very good. The place is nice and clean. The decor reminds me of upscale 60’s. It’s difficult to describe but different and nice.

When my family and I lived in Campbell, we never got the chance to eat here. Finally got a chance, and biscuits and gravy were great, and the chicken fried steak was great, too.

Great food and homely vibe

I had brunch there today and asked if they could create a Greek omelette for me since it wasn't on the menu and the waitress didn't sound instantly agreeable but finally accepted to do it (just add some olives and feta cheese to The Omelette is all I asked with some avocado) you'd think that I was asking a lot. I ordered fresh fruit on the side which upon eating that found the fruit was not fresh and was already starting to turn as it had this awful rancid taste to it so I had to toss it out. For the quality I didn't find the price was worth it. I won't be going back! My bill for just a simple omelette along with my friends was over $56! That's a crazy amount for breakfast that doesn't have quality ingredients!

This restaurant reminds me of the 1960's. The service was great! The food was wonderful and plentiful. The prices are a little high, but like everything, it's expected. Lastly, their desserts are awesome!

The bar was quaint and friendly, and the drinks were nicely served! The service was quick and with a smile! It was karaoke night. And a whole lot of fun.

We went to Effi’s restaurant in Campbell last night for their Halloween event, and it was awesome! The atmosphere was fun and festive, and the food was top-notch delicious and clearly made with care. The staff was super attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Big shoutout to the management for organizing such a great night. We’ll definitely be back for more events. Highly recommend checking it out!
