I stopped in for coffee and breakfast before an appointment in the area. The omlete was massive. It was great that they were willing to customize the omlete, and it was delicious. The coffee was fine, but nothing extraordinary. The fruit cup was fresh and toast browned to perfection. The place looks dated in and out, but to the extent of it being a real vibe. The servers were beyond friendly, with a touch of hospitality that aligned to the dated interior. They were very welcoming.

I always try to say something good about the restaurant, so it has a very nice layout.I had a hamburger. It was beautiful, but it was bone dry, no taste..just a bad burger. The fries were dry as well. Felt like these are pre-made and then nuked. My wife took 2 bites of her cornbeef sandwich and put it down. She questioned how old the meat was and hoped she didn't get sick.I cannot recommend the restaurant at all.

The elegance of "classic" fine dining, the service was attentive, the food wonderful, the karoke was fun and a great place to relax and ENJOY.....Kid-friendliness: Not really child friendly. Mostly elderly and couples dining, corporate lunches, and fine foods.

Effie's is one of the nicest traditional comfort food restaurants in the South Bay area. Many breakfast options to choose from as well as more options for lunch and dinner thananyrestaurant around. Drinks are available from the bar. Expect amazing service from the staff, a clean environment, and plentiful servings. Unless you are a glutton, expect to ask for a doggie bag. The dessert menu varies. Every item on it is scrumptious ?.

Food is plentiful and delicious. The wait staff is wonderful. No matter what time of day we go we can get breakfast if we want or lunch and dinner so it's great because you really don't have to make a decision to you get there.
One of the few remaining boomer-style restaurants in the area. Prices are very reasonable (the Prime Rib!), the service is friendly and efficient. Most of the action goes on in the bar. We come regularly for comfort food.
