Overall, it's great that they rotate the different flavors when it comes to different cupcakes however, today I had an experience where I felt that the customer service was low standard engagement while historically were much better behaviors from other staff members working at this location. It was quite disappointing to see that how they treated me as a customer wasn't consistent from previous engagement or interaction. I said thank you multiple times and I did not hear back from the worker. He just continues to ignore me. He didn't even do any nonverbal behaviors or gestures to acknowledge that I was being polite and saying thank you for his service or being a respectful human being and acknowledging that I'm speaking to him. It was just him and I in that room, so I felt very disrespected that his poor unprofessional behavior compared to his colleagues who were more professional versus his behavior earlier today. He just checked me out without even giving me the opportunity to check in to collect my points. While I had observed and heard him offering the other lady who was before me having a better experience as he was asking her if she wanted her receipt or not.

They sell out of their most popular flavors pretty early it seems but they nail the flavors. I'm excited to come back and indulge more. It's a bakery so no place to sit and eat, plan on taking your purchase with you (they pack it well though)

I was asked to get 2 custom cupcakes for my sister in laws gender reveal, with an impossible turnaround of 1 day. After calling several bakeries, Frost Cupcakes came in clutch and had them ready for my sister in law in 15 minutes. I also got cupcakes for me and my partner and they were delicious, the banana cream pie cupcakes especially. Did I mention they were only like 6 dollars per cupcake?
Can't recommend highly enough, stop by when you can, the cupcakes are fire and the service is impeccable, and the price is right

I stopped in at Frost cupcakes later in the morning. They had a very limited selection. I left without making a purchase. My intent was to buy cupcakes for my friends birthday. The clerk was unapologetic about the very poor selection. I don't understand how you are almost completely out of cupcakes by late morning. I will not be returning.

Loved their Burnt Almond cupcake. The lady at the register said it was their most popular and I definitely see why. The cake is very fluffy and moist while the frosting was sweet and plentiful but not overpowering. Loved the toasted almond topping. I do think that $5+ for a cupcake is a little expensive I was happy with my little treat.
