Genuinely some of the best Salmon Teriyaki I've ever had. My dad got the White Alaska and said it was amazing. My boyfriend got the Chicken Katsu and we had no idea the portion was gonna be so large, definitely worth the price. Miso soup also tasted fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, and the service was great. The interior looks gorgeous as well!

Disappointed at prices $5 small miso soup and $4 soda cans? $21 sushi rolls? Good food but overpriced. I have been to other sushi spots where the prices are lower with same quality and better service.

this is fave local sushi place. the service, atmosphere and sushi are all above average. I love the happy roll and powell roll and get them almost every time. green dragon is excellent too. highly recommend this place for solid sushi and excellent service (which seems to be rare these days).

Best sushi in the area. Thus far, Ive had their nagiri salmon and spicy tuna roll which are both 10/10. They actually make their spicy tuna very spicy. The pickled ginger is very crisp.Love this place

Nice traditional ambiance. Service was competent. The sushi is good but very overpriced. 4 pieces of nigiri and a green salad for $25. I asked if I could choose my sushi selections on the 8 piece sushi dinner ($27) and was told no. I left hungry. There are better options.

I've given this place a chance multiple times. The last time my husband got food poisoning from the sushi. I still tried it another time tonight. Our waitress was rude and cold. Didn't bring me my tea and never checked on us. Other people had to provide service in her place. Had to flag down others to get us things we needed. My agedashi tofu had a disgusting topping flaked on top of it, my daughter's California Roll was fishy to the point she gagged eating it, and my vegetarian roll was so poorly made it kept falling apart. I ended up eating it like a salad in a bowl. Best part was when I asked for the CA Roll to be taken off, I had 2 people come discuss it with me. I wasn't going to make my daughter throw up eating her food and given my husband's experience, I was concerned about the freshness of the crab or imitation crab. The manager then came to tell me she's had 0 complaints all day. And? Maybe at close to 8pm the crab is bad? Either way, a third waitress decided to come out of nowhere, put the CA Roll onto the plate of food I planned to box up without asking if we were done. I told her I planned to take that home. Not sure how word spread so fast but having not been our waitress she said "why you said it's fishy!?" In a rude tone. I said I paid for this food (not the sushi). Honestly, way too much hassle for an average sushi place. I will never return after I was essentially put on the spot and treated like a Liar. I still spent $72 on essentially nothing. Their food is overpriced, and mediocre and rude staff.

I’ll start this review by saying, I had ALOT of Sake and Beer at dinner but the sushi was excellent, the staff was very friendly and professional and the ambiance made a perfect date night. The specialty rolls are loaded with a ton of sauces which we didn’t like but the simple maki rolls were excellent, loved the sashimi seaweed salad, could have sliced the fish a little thinner but hey, pretty great for the price, a meal in itself. 4 stars, will return.

We ordered a variety of things, as this was our first time eating from Furusato. Everything was pretty good. The tempura is made in the "crunchy" style, which isn't my personal preference.

I went here with a group of friends and the staff was so friendly! The food was superb! I love sushi, and this place made it so tasty! This is my new favorite place for sushi! I love the atmosphere/ambience, here! I will definitely be coming back!

Have been to this place with my company for years. And hosted many dinner parties before the pandemic. Everything was fantastic. Not sure what happened but the recent experience in 2022 was very ok. Fish was fresh but very bland as if they had been sitting in water. The soy sauce was way too light for whatever reason, almost tastes like adding water to regular soy sauce. I really loved this place before but now not planning to return any time soon.

This place blew us away! The service, timeliness, and atmosphere were impeccable. The wild salmon cooked roll was honestly the best I’ve ever had. My friend got miso, wakame salad and the lion king roll all of which were phenomenal. We will absolutely be coming back! So good!!!
