The food was FANTASTIC; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Service was very fast & professional, atmosphere was chill. Went with my roommate friend & ordered the butter corn spicy miso ramen, level 1 spicy. Somebody calling astronomer, because that Ramen was out of this world. I want to return for round 2.

This is a very good restaurant with exceptional food. Once you are seated and ordered the service is very prompt as well.

The problem is the experience from the time you enter the restaurant to the time you are seated. It is possibly one of the most discourteous welcome I seen in a South Bay restaurant. The person who is responsible for seating almost always is a rude person. This has happened three times now so no it is not a one-off.

Hinodeya in Campbell is a cozy and authentic Japanese-style spot. I really liked their fast service and the concept of ordering everything through their app — it makes the process super smooth. The sake flight was great!
