Hinodeya Ramen , a light broth with bit of a smokey flavor. Lots of ingredients. Noodle texture was great. Bit of spice. If ur looking for a light soup this place is for you. Ramen was $17 and extra noodles $3. Total was $23.

Just wanted to note the quality of food at Hinodeya Campbell and Hinodeya SF in Japan town is very different. The Zen ramen in SF is transcendent with several layers of flavor. Campbell’s Zen Ramen is a little more than boiled water. Wondering if these are the same chain…

Recently moved to the area, and decided to try this place with my family. The ramen was amazing and my kids loved the dessert! Sitting outside was rather nice too. Will come back soon :)
