Staff is always friendly. Every time I pick up a bagel they say "ok bye, see you tomorrow!" Food is delicious with a wide variety of bagels to choose from. I recommend their BLT, perfect crispy bacon with fresh lettuce and tomato. My partner enjoys being able to customize their sandwich. Overall, a great shop!

I’ve been going for decades, no matter which location be at downtown SJ, Sunnyvale or here in Campbell, they’ve always had consistently delicious bagels and very fast no nonsense service. Consistency is key, and they hit the Marc with their bagels, options of cream, cheese, flavors, and even bagel, dogs and more. We are so lucky to have a place like this, we take it for granted, and I hope that house of bagels stays in business for a very long time.

Very rude and impatient. Also, was overcharged. Not worth going back in to deal with the front person. If you’re at all, unsure, you shouldn’t go in because they are very impatient. Wish I had gone to Noah’s across the street.

I had a rye bagel with agh and cheese. It was, hands down, the worst I've ever had. I had never thought that a bagel could be so disappointing, given its simplicity, but I was proven wrong. Aside from the complete lack of taste of the contents, the rye bagel had some wierd seeds that tastes horribly.
I've been wanting to come here since every time I mentioned I want a bagel, everyone tells me about how I need to go to hobags! I was very excited to try this place but I have to say that it was very underwhelming. I walked in and it was just like any bagel shop you would expect, very fast paced and grab and go type of place. The wait wasn't too long and the gentlemen was able to get in my order quickly. I got the bacon egg and cheese with avocado on a pesto bagel. I thought the flavors were good but it didn't wow me. I wasn't amazed and to me it felt very mediocre. I wish the bagel was crispier and had a better crunch.

Usually love this place but today I ordered a marinara bagel toasted with cream cheese, I then asked for light cream cheese. When I got back to work to eat my bagel I had to scrape out about 3 tables spoons of cream cheese .
