45 minutes to get ready for food in drive through with no cars in front of me. The guys first told me to wait for 5 minutes to take my order and then took 5 more minutes for payment at the window, and you know the rest!! This was my second time experiencing after 5-6 months to be back here. Same thing as last time. The Filipinos guys said he is alone and didn’t care when I told him to talk to your management to do something to hire more people for this branch. So please do not send me back an automated message to call or email to say about this issue. Please do something and don’t take people life and time to stay for nothing. I’m a healthcare provider too and has to be back to work and help people that need me for saving their life. You took my evening break time that I could be more helpful to others. expect high frustration, attempting to pick up an online order or order at the window

had difficulties trying to pick up an online order as they try to make me pay for something. I already paid for online. Try to give this place a second chance try ordering at the window today. They got my order wrong the first time and try to make me pay for a order I didn't order and wanted me to pay for both even when they repeat the order to you, they still get it wrong

Came here during my lunch break, ordered two tacos and one jack wrap, there was ONE car in front of me when I ordered and I waited 23 minutes . By the time it was my turn the guy asked for my order and I asked if it hadn’t been taken when I ordered at the speaker thing, he said no and asked for my order again so I just cancelled it and left. This was so incredibly frustrating I went back to to work hungry and crying out of frustration. I looked at the reviews while I was waiting and everyone complains that the service is slow. Something needs to be done about that because all i see is Jack in the box responding and saying sorry for the service, that does nothing to fix the issue .

This is the worse jack in the box I've ever been to. Service is always super slow. Food is never fresh. One car at the window in the drive thru and they can't take another order till that car leaves.

Whoever the lady is working around 10 gives out terrible customer service through the drive through .doesn’t greet have manners and acts ridiculous about giving sauces ordered 4 meals for my family and I only received 1 sauce when I asked if I could get more she had the time to argue and tell me about how it was one order and I only get one sauce . Values spending more time to explain a dumb sauce policy than the time it takes just just give out a couple more sauces .

I went through the drive-through five minutes ago and I ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave me one no pickles and they put pickles and tomatoes and then my curly fries. They didn’t even give me a whole thing then they drop stuff on the floor really horrible I wouldn’t take my cat my dog and I’m never going through here again.
