This Jack in the Box makes the best #1 spicy chicken sandwich anywhere around the Campbell/West SJ area in my opinion. The freshness of the bun, lettuce, tomato and perfectly spiced crispy chicken breast makes it my choice of what to order. The workers are polite and the inside is clean as well. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Do not go to this Jack-in-the-Box just give it a try again after their last time of no meat in the hamburger I asked for a plain burger for a kid it was covered in ketchup and mustard wiped off but soaked into the van and all over so I drove back and then they gave me one with a bite out of it as they stood there talking to each other laughing like I couldn't see them. They should be shut down this is disgusting

Check your drive thru, takeout bag when you preorder online. I have had missing items (apps, sauces, even drinks) on multiple occasions.

We came to return spoiled chicken and were received by a 40 yr old woman (not quite sure) , but working 6/15/23 around 9pm, she quickly became stingy and lacked mannerisms and was extremely rude to my mom who would’ve just been fine with a new sandwich & and continued to say “you’re constantly complaining.” and was just completely unprofessional. Not sure if you’d enjoy a rude employee? Doesn’t look well on your behalf when you want customers returning and it seems that majority of reviews agree. This is not the first time she has lacked manners or has put up a nasty face.

I went to this location at 10:10 pm to pick up an order I made online for carry out. They had there doors locked and said I had to go to the drive thru after I walked there. They had no way to cancel my order online when the sign clearly states they are open until 10 30.

I'm not complaining about the $1, it's about the principle and they're most likely doing this to others to up their sales in some way. We asked for buffalo and ranch when we got our order, the tacos come with sauce as well as the tenders but she charged us for all 3. When we asked for the receipt she was a little hesitant, odd. Someone definitely needs to look into this sneaky s***
Terrible service. The drive through attendant working on Saturday 05/20 at 2pm was extremely rude. I couldn't order because I couldn't reach the speaker since there was a car in front of me. once I was able to order she completely ignored me for 5 minutes. I had to backup and leave because no one answered. I hope they're nicer to other customers in the future. Thanks.

Ordered two meals. One with onion rings and they refuse to give me a single side of sauce. They say it costs extra. No sauce for onion rings or 2 entire meals? Complete joke

Very bad experience, I ordered the bacon burger combo, there was no bacon and no lettuce. No Coke! Also, I ordered the medium size and they gave me the small size. After I pointed out their mistake, one of the male waiters at the front desk very rude snatched the burger from me and threw it in the trash. He said that I am making new one for you, and the new one is still cold, with two small sticks of bacon in it! I will not come again! Should I ask the bank to stop the payment? Because, the burger they gave me was completely different size than what I asked for!Hope the owners step up the training !if they continue to work here. You will lose a lot of customers! no one pays to be mad

Do not honor 49er free offer. Don’t know why these franchises can’t get their stuff together. Place is closest ff to me but haven’t gone there since they reopened. 49er offer made me try it again. Guess I’ll travel a little farther to the Burger King.
