Since it’s so close to my home I keep hoping they’ll get better but NO, it’s worse than ever! They ALWAYS get something wrong with my order. Today it was the wrong breakfast sandwich. And the hash browns must have been refried 10 times! My Diet Coke was completely flat- no fizz at all. The guy at the drive through window is unfriendly. And what’s the deal with the coffee can on the end of a stick they poke out the window after every car?? Never going back.

Sometimes you will order food and they just won't give it to you. If you're out of stock just say so, don't throw whatever into my bag then try to convince me that a burrito is a croissant. Jack in the Box should hire more people, clearly their staff are overworked.

I've been coming to this Jack in the box for 13 years. This is right the first time that I give bad service. When I order my order. He repeated back but when I got home, it was not the right order. I was missing items when I went back to ask him. He kids aggressive, talking back to me. And when he handle my food that he would make, he'd throw it to me. And I've been saying, constantly, when these 2 people are working there and on top of that, they don't have safety, they don't know anything about cross-contamination. They're using the same pearl glove too. To do Everton, he held a customer. He got cash a coupon, and he went and served the different food for a different customer.

The manager/women did not want to accept my coupon and when I used the with a different employee he politely accepted.She just didnt want to make the meal.

I would give zero stars if possible. They forgot a Jr Cheeseburger in our order that we didn’t notice was missing until we got home. We tried calling, but phone goes straight to voicemail. So we went back as it was a large part of our lunch.
We went in to ask for a correction and our missing burger. The person helping us was argumentative and insisted they put the burger in our bag previously. After going back and forth, they finally replaced our burger. This level of hassle and service is not worth the effort of coming here. We won’t be returning. We’ll drive farther to a different location next time.

Terrible Service from a very rude cashier, I didn't know his name because he didn't have his jafet one ordering and he doesn't call yes and he doesn't ask like that, very rude and doesn't want to go again, he's a dark-skinned boy even to charge, very arrogant, they should give him better customer service, or if they don't want to work, they shouldn't work.

Posting from my fiancés account since I already left a review. Spoiler: the service is just as bad.

Honestly not gonna bother writing much since based on the other reviews here management does not care much about customer feedback. I have been refusing to go here since my last bad experience, but my fiancé talked me into it since they’re so close to our house. I got a small’s worth of fries when I paid for a large, had to pay for more than one ranch even though we bought two meals and a side of fries (I think the employees here just make up new rules about the sauce for every order because it’s never the same), and the worker was so freaking rude. So rude. Barking our order at us, slamming the window, ignoring us when we offered to pay for 2 extra sauces. As a gay couple, we get this treatment from certain places. Maybe the staff member saw us holding hands and that’s why he was so rude? Based on the other comments though, it seems this is an average experience.

Happened about 11:30 on Thursday March 20.

TLDR, terrible experience across the board. Even if it’s convenient, it’s not worth it. Don’t go here.

Just went through the drive thru with my kids after a long day of work, school, and football. It took like 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me and take my order. The guy that took my order was rude, the guys at the drive thru window were even worse. As I started driving up to the window they stuck this metal thing out the window, that kinda looked like a dust pan, to cheat the time I assume. How do you work in customer service and are hella rude?? If you don’t like your JOB that YOU applied for then QUIT AND GO ELSEWHERE.
