I ordered two chicken sandwiches with America cheese and the other with Swiss cheese and the chicken sandwich with America cheese it had a insect inside the cheese and lettuce. I tried to contact store but call is forward to voicemail, I need to dissolve the purchase

The last time I ordered some monster tacos, they didn't include the salsa on any of them. today October 28 about 1130 am I ordered 6 monster tacos and told the cashier to make sure they had the salsa on them this time. I told him about my last experience,and observed him not saying anything to the cook. I got my order and of coarse ...NO SALSA...I decided not to say anything because who know what they might do to my food if I send it back. I wont do business there again.

Continue to give them the benefit of the doubt and disappointed everytime, especially late night! Only closest Jack in Box to my home but I refuse to go because the food is always made poorly. I'm never given a reciept and I get nervous trying to speak up because they're too busy talking to whoever on their earphones.

The only closest location to our house and a disappointment everytime. Either we receive wrong meals, or the food is either overcooked or stale, sodas either have no carbonation andb(or) taste watered down.

What can I say....another typical experience at a bay area fast food establishment.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Long waits at the drive thu. Horrendous service. Ordered and item and said no ketchup. Got ketchup all over the place. Ordered a sprite....got a coke?

Was never told final price of my meal. Didn't get a receipt. Guy at the window said next to nothing.

I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Worst jack. I do not advise to waste your time and money to go there.
Had to wait 20 min for a single burger. No people inside, and little to no people on drive through. Food quality - well, you can eat it but probably shouldn’t.
If employees do not want to work, then just close the location on weekends or hire new employees.

Since it’s so close to my home I keep hoping they’ll get better but NO, it’s worse than ever! They ALWAYS get something wrong with my order. Today it was the wrong breakfast sandwich. And the hash browns must have been refried 10 times! My Diet Coke was completely flat- no fizz at all. The guy at the drive through window is unfriendly. And what’s the deal with the coffee can on the end of a stick they poke out the window after every car?? Never going back.
