I spend almost $50 and they only gave me 2 ranch seeping sauce when I had bought chicken nuggets (2 kids meal) . They charge me for extra ranch when I bought 3 munchies meal. On the munchie meal I order onion rings and they only gave me 3 small onion rings like seriously ?. I order sweet ice tea they gave me unsweetened ice tea. ? no more Jack in the back in Hamilton ave .

This jack in the box is horrible the service sucks they take forever to do your food and when you get your food it’s all cold and the food is not cook right this place sucks I’m not going back here

I always went this place for drive thru less than 2 months ago I order a combo breakfast with large black coffee and the service crew gave me ice coffee and I told him Large black coffee I don’t order ice coffee so change it to hot coffee and he don’t cover it tight when he gave it to me it was spills all over my car seat.And I went to drive thru again today Sept 27, 2023 in between 6:10 am to 6:30 I order combo with large black coffee and I said hot coffee to be sure and it’s the same crew I was talking giving me ice coffee. I was talking my Family member in my language using my car speaker after he gave me my order he was mocking me. This guy if I’m not mistaken and Indian guy or Mexican Guy. He is disrespectful and RUDE.I know there is another Indian guy he is tall but he is a nice person.

Convenient food sometimes, I am a fan of drive through when I work 40hrs a week before the fire, They were good. Not sure if new owners now, but I too ask for no cheese on salad, breakfast sandwich and was ignored. Im Not allergic just cautious of what I eat especially now(chemo). I actually was thinking of getting a chicken sandwich so I was trying to research where thier chkn comes from and happened to see an old review I wrote but all it said was they're Convenient! Sigh

Hot day here in San Jose. Needed to eat. Was driving home and wanted a drive thru, this was on the path home. The person at the drive thru window ran my card three (3) times. And asked for my PIN!!!! Of course I denied. I got my child the food, it was cold (it's 98*out today, how was the food cold?), we had to pay for sauce, we ordered chicken strips! $30.00 for plain cheese burger, chicken strips, ranch, fries and a drink. Oh we paid for taco sauce and ranch for the fries! No receipt either. So far only one bank transaction but I'm keeping an eye on my bank. Will not be using my card until I know it's safe.

Worse Jack in the Box ever I was inside trying to order was in line for atkeast 8 mins then they decide to acknowledge me after almost 10 mins and say there closed inside. I told them lock ur doors from inside so Noone comes in so we will know your closed to use drive thru. He ignored me and proceeded to do nothing. I went to the drive thru been here an extra 20 mins line has yet to move only reason I stayed is because mybkids requested Jack in the box. Never again I need corporate office number there unprofessional and have no communication skills I could've went off but don't have the energy at the moment they lucky.

They give you whatever they want!!I order a southwest salad and I get home and it's was a different salad, I also they want to charge xtra for the chicken, when the salad come with it ! Is not the first time.

Ever since the ownership change about a year ago this location is horrible. Your order will always be slightly wrong, or extremely wrong. My last visit they somehow gave me spicy chicken strips which they don’t even sell. Something wrong with how they are running their kitchen now.

Dirty place guy was cooking food with no gloves after he was handling money didn't even wash them.. then get mad because I ask him to put gloves on..when I received my order it wasn't completed either..this jack used to be great

I went through drive thru and the person taking my order was so rude for no reason, there were no cars behind me and I took less than a minute to tell him what I wanted. After paying and receiving my food, I asked for his name. He told me it's JUAN. I know it's jack in the box and we shouldn't expect top tier service but you should never treat others with disrespect the way Juan treated me. I just hope he finds a job he enjoys soon.

Yikes....... I don't typically review fast food places too harshly because the expectations aren't too high but this weekend was pretty awful. I was in Campbell on Saturday and this Jack in the Box was right next door to my hotel. Being wiped out from a long drive I headed over to just grab something quick to eat, I got there a little after 11am. There were 4 people ahead of me in line, I felt some aggravation when I got in line, like people had been waiting for a bit. There was one person up front he was running around calling out orders, handling drive-thru, and doing other things but not manning the front counter register. After about 6 minutes the first person in line still hadn't been helped. Number 2 and 3 in line walked out moving me up a bit. Finally the guy running around up front helped the first person and then went back to running around. Another nearly 10 minutes passed and I too walked out with another person joining me. I'm not sure if this is an understaffing issue or what but to have 4 customers walk out because you took 1 order at the counter in nearly 20 minutes is pretty inexcusable.
