Jack in the Box is one of my favorite places to eat, but this is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The workers are rude and they serve orders indefinitely. I had to tell them my order 4 times and they still gave me the wrong one. When I ate the food, it was horrible. The meat smelled so bad that it even made me vomit. I hope the company does something about it because I'm disappointed.

The older guy that takes orders regularly in the morning is incredibly rude. He’s impatient and has an ugly tone with us. We also hear him talking to other patrons the same way. He shouldn’t be taking orders or dealing with customers for any amount of time if he can’t get his attitude checked. I don’t have this issue in the afternoons if I go here.

Terrible customer service. I was almost assaulted by an employee in the drive thru years ago. The service is still terrible. I wouldn't patronize this particular jack in the box. There's better ones that deserve you money. People make the choice to go out to eat. When people choose this jack in the box. It's either or. You get crappy service and half ass quality food.

If I could give zero stars I would. I can't read the numbers on the receipt to do the survey but I had a problem with this restaurant tonight and not for the first time. First of all they have double and triple burgers on their sign board in the drive through but the employee told me that they aren't selling them until next week. I had to figure out what I wanted to order instead and then before I could finish, a different employee broke in on the speaker conversation and gave my total, telling me to pull forward. Then they didn't give me my sauces until I asked a second time, and then only gave me one ranch dressing for my 7 piece jalapenos. Every other Jack in the box, forever, I've gotten two. The guy refused and said I had to pay $.45 if I wanted another one. I said that I am always given two for my 7 piece jalapenos and he said "no.". Rude! The owner of this restaurant really needs to do something about the obnoxious and rude employees. Which reminds me, the last time I was there, the employee told me they were only taking cash. That's super suspicious, don't you think?

Rude, I feel like they overcharged me, they also didn’t give us a receipt. I asked for ranch and bbq sauce willing to pay, and they only had ranch. I asked for 4 ranch and got none. I understand it a fast-food but I feel like a robot could do this job more efficiently and nicer. I work in customer service and understand we all have bad days but I don’t trust this location, the quality of food was very poorly made and I feel like I was charged incorrectly. I honestly hope they shut this Jack in the Box down.

The dining hours are a complete lie. I wasted my time walking over here just to find out that the horrible employees decide whenever they feel like closing the dining room. The rude employees are a whole different issue. Don't bother coming here.

The fries were soggy and oil drenched and the chicken sandwich was dry and stringy and tasted burnt. Quality seems to have gone down hill.
