I went for lunch and it was beyond horrible. It seemed like there were 3 workers maybe four and one was training cause she was standing around half the time. The line was not long but it took forever to order and get the food. I must have been here for at least 45 min. I will not be coming back.

I earmt inside frequently. Today I asked for a wet towel to clean the table , and was told to sit somewhere else 🙃, I also asked fir a medium water and told the man i would pay for it and was told no...very bad service

Not great. Ordered a Sourdough Jack burger. The wait was really long for only one car and it was 2 pm.. Also, my bun was kinda soggy, and the middle stuck to the paper wrapper. Never had that bad of quality.
They don't get the tacos done enough! And not very friendly.

Jack in the Box is one of my favorite places to eat, but this is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The workers are rude and they serve orders indefinitely. I had to tell them my order 4 times and they still gave me the wrong one. When I ate the food, it was horrible. The meat smelled so bad that it even made me vomit. I hope the company does something about it because I'm disappointed.

The older guy that takes orders regularly in the morning is incredibly rude. He’s impatient and has an ugly tone with us. We also hear him talking to other patrons the same way. He shouldn’t be taking orders or dealing with customers for any amount of time if he can’t get his attitude checked. I don’t have this issue in the afternoons if I go here.

Terrible customer service. I was almost assaulted by an employee in the drive thru years ago. The service is still terrible. I wouldn't patronize this particular jack in the box. There's better ones that deserve you money. People make the choice to go out to eat. When people choose this jack in the box. It's either or. You get crappy service and half ass quality food.
