I had a great experience during my first visit, but unfortunately, my most recent visit was nothing short of appalling. The food quality was absolutely unacceptable—stale, old, and clearly left sitting out before being served. The cheese was hard and unappetizing, even after requesting it to be made fresh. To make matters worse, items were missing from my order, and the establishment refused to issue a refund unless I returned in person. This kind of disregard for food safety and customer service is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and certainly won’t be returning. I literally threw my burger away, what a waste of money.

This location is great, i visit relatively frequently and they very rarely make mistakes.
Unfortunately the order was made wrong. Specifically requested no ketchup. Burger came with ketchup and when brought to staff attention was given major attitude as if I was being ridiculous about something so insignificant.
