As I was waiting for my food I happen to notice the person making some tacos was loading the tacos with their bare hands grabbing the lettuce and such with their bare fingers and loading them into tacos!! I know people can watch their hands and what not but this was also the person that handled my money transaction minutes before I saw her loading the tacos so yeah yuck never coming back to this one!! Oh yeah and the other thing about this place is the location of the entrance way is very dangerous because people coming on to Camden Avenue, off the freeway bottleneck right into where the entrance is!!

The crispy chicken looked great, was very crispy and had a great mouth feel, juicy and not too chewy. However, it lacked real chicken flavor, not sure why that is. No where are you going to find as wide a variety of sides as Jack. And I think that's fantastic. The fries are so so, but the egg roll, jalapeno poppers and mini tacos are the bomb. EVERYBODY has fries (yawn), but Jock has some really solid choices.

Waiting a while and then no honey mustard as asked and pickles on when requested off. You can do better I called to inform but she hung up before get a word out and never answered phone again.
Placed a mobile order on the app and came to get my food immediately after. I asked for sauce with my meal and they wanted to charge me for bbq and ranch. The guy at the window was tall and slender (Punjabi) maybe. I figured this may be a jack in the box that has been franchised as jack in the box usually allows 1 or 2 sauces with your meal. The guy working the drive through window was rude and he had an a terrible attitude. When I got home, my food was old and greasy. You could tell that the tacos had been sitting out and that they were re-fried for my order. Honestly. I’ll never come back to this jack in the box ever based on the customers service alone. But also, people are paying to eat here. Please make sure customers have fresh and safe food to consume so that we don’t get sick.

This is the second time in the last couple weeks that I came here after 3 AM and they said that their computers are rebooting and they can’t take orders right now. Just happened again right now at 3:15 AM. Really frustrating considering there’s nothing else open anywhere else in the area to get food

Just wanna say the man covered in tattoos is killing it. Always rushing and always friendly even when I order 6 tacos at midnight. Plus this Jack is better than the others in the area lol.
