I just got my food from doordash from this location. The becon Ultimate Cheeseburger was cold, the fries were stale like they been sitting there for a while. the tacos have been sitting there too, but I think the most have they must have double dipped in oil to assume that they're fresh. I won't be buying jack in the box anymore.

My boneless wings that I asked for 12 of and only got six of they're completely sauced out and unedible but generally if you order the right thing Jack in the box is a good place to go

Open 24 hrs and usually pretty fast...better food than some of the jacks in San Jose .... probably because it's not as busy.

Every time I come here it’s give me one second instead of taking the order and doing what fast food supposed to do. I’m sitting over here waiting five minutes to take my order and also the person that joined the drive-through is not a good person. Take the orders hopefully in the future, they can fix what they I need to fix

5/12/2025 i’m a single mom with two kids and I had a coupon for a family of four bundle pack for $17. I went through the drive-through I had to explain over and over again with the coupon was for and then after that they gave me my food the fries steamed pot as soon as I got home to spread the food around to the kids and myself I noticed that everything was very old. They gave me terrible jumbo jacks with cheese. The patties were very old. The chicken sandwiches in the bundle pack were old. The chicken patties looked horrible. The tacos were broken on the shell and I ended up leaving the food on the table and taking my kids to Pizza. I can’t believe how horrible the quality of food was. I tried calling the restaurant and it just rang and rang After you get off work. You just wanna trust that you’re getting a good quality of food. The lobby was comfortable and clean with a nice atmosphere. The service was very good and my meal was delicious.
I order same thing every time. 4 tacos no cheese and a chicken sandwich. And a cup of water. This location has got it correct 100 percent of the time.

I had a great experience during my first visit, but unfortunately, my most recent visit was nothing short of appalling. The food quality was absolutely unacceptable—stale, old, and clearly left sitting out before being served. The cheese was hard and unappetizing, even after requesting it to be made fresh. To make matters worse, items were missing from my order, and the establishment refused to issue a refund unless I returned in person. This kind of disregard for food safety and customer service is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and certainly won’t be returning. I literally threw my burger away, what a waste of money.
