My experience at Katie’s was subpar!! Tonight I went with a group of colleagues 4/3/24 around 9:30pm we initially encountered Lila. As soon as we walked in, she had an attitude. This was our first time ever coming to the establishment & my colleagues were not aware it was trivia night. So we did discuss an answer, her reply “where are yall from.” Then after our drinks were ordered she decided it was her business to come snatch a drink out of my hand & ask for an ID & walk away with said drink. I’m okay showing my ID the attitude im not okay with.

Place has potential but the downsides distract. Had a good pasta dish a few weeks ago. Came back for more. First thing is my shoes are sticking to the floor - everywhere! That was off-putting. Next there was a little crawly thing under by chair (I killed it). Finally there was the draft of two doors propped open while the furnace was pumping hot air in my face and my legs were catching the chill of the outside air. Not worth hanging around for the food. I'll try again in summer. The lady bartender is excellent and deserves better!

We just had drinks at this awesome bar. Great atmosphere and even better service. The bartender was getting it done even though he was the only one making drinks.

Came here around 11 pm. There was an older blonde waitress that was trying to move near me so I scooted over to let her through. She had enough room to do what she had to do. Yet she continue to stand next to me and stated to say excuse me. I ignored her because I had already moved over and I don't know what else she expected me to do. Afterwards she finally did what she had to do and about 10 minutes later, she moved in and pushed right past our group of people, and started to give us attitude about not moving over even though every time she stated that we should move over so she can go through, we did as she was telling us to do. She started to give one my friends hella attitude that was uncalled for. I understand she needed to get through to her job, but she didn't need to be a bitch about it.

Oh wow I just came here to write a review about the same and saw your comment and videos. I was there with my wife too and we were feeling really bad about you guys. The security guy was way over the line and definitely suspect that he was too drunk. He misbehaved with my wife and said "you are still hanging here at 1:30 am when you know the bar closes at 2, that that just shows how stupid you are and I guess you have nowhere else to be"

Worst experience by security guard. The guy in the video started pushing us out 30 minutes before closing time and became very rude to our group. I think he was drunk, started getting physical with my friend and was racist to our group.

When the bar says it closes at 2 am and let's you enter around 1:15 am why would they try to force you out in 20 min? We ordered shots and drinks for our group and were enjoying the drinks, when the security guard decides to intervene out of nowhere around 1:40 am and basically tells us to leave. Very disrespectful from the security guard and all the staff members seemed very annoyed with him. The owners should definitely look into changing the security guy to save their reputation.

First i started off the night bejng hopeful and wanting to explore the campell stripe because i dont often go. I never had troubles with dtsj and santana row. I tried to walk on the campell stripe and this is the 3rd place i went to. This is the only place that is open until 2am. I'm here at 12:30am and we were tapering off our night, and we wanted to end off our night peacefully. The security wanted to kick us out at 1am and started to give us attitude. On yelp and on google states that they are open until 2am. The security said that they are open until 2am. Less than 1:30am they gave us attitude and threatening us. Saying we have nothing to do with our lives and that is why we are here so late. The other security guards was complacite. We have video recordings of this event where that security was degradation our party. The security was not nice and we did not appricaitate their attitude to our party. If they wanted us to leave, they could have given us gental reminders or even just state that they wanted to leave early and we could have accomidate.
