Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service – November 23
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received on November 23, at approximately 5:50 p.m., at your establishment.
On that day, I purchased a combo meal costing 55 dollars. The cashier who assisted me —possibly named Lisbeth or Lisette— showed unprofessional behavior from the beginning. When handing me my order, she did not offer any sauces, nor did she inform me about the available options. When I returned to the counter to request some and asked what varieties they had, she responded rudely by simply pointing at the screen, without providing any explanation.
Additionally, I noticed that I was not given any utensils, napkins, or plates, items which in your establishment are provided only by the staff. When I went back to ask for them, the cashier again responded disrespectfully, telling me that “those things need to be requested,” as if I were doing something wrong by asking.
I would also like to highlight a particularly inappropriate situation: I observed some employees eating chicken in front of customers, holding it only with a napkin, and then immediately attending to other customers without any proper hygiene or sanitary protocol. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and poses a potential health risk.
The time I mentioned should allow you to review the security cameras if you wish to verify what occurred.
I believe these incidents reflect a serious lack of training, hygiene, and professionalism, especially considering the price of the products. As a customer, I expect respectful, hygienic, and attentive service, which was not provided in this instance.
I respectfully request that appropriate measures be taken to address these issues and prevent similar situations from happening to other customers.

Awful food and service. Kfc is out of kfc sauce one. They are out of change when you pay you will not get your change if you dont donate two. Ordered a 12 piece it was nearly 70$ three. Ordered extra crispy and got extra saggy and extra stale food. The staff is rude. If the old man knew of this service and food he'd role in his grave.

Husband was craving fried chicken and I happen to be right around the corner from this one! The employee at the register, Kyle I believe, was very helpful and give me a suggestion on a meal that saved me some money!

They got my order wrong and this is the first time my order has ever been wrong in many years of going to any KFC location around San Jose. I also heard that they have been closed in the past for health complications—not surprised! I would not recommend going here, after getting my order wrong I had to drive back to feed my family and it was clear that the employee that served my food was untrained. Please consider going somewhere else, they gave me no compensation for the time I wasted today trying to get lunch for my family on a weekday when we have to work. Absolutely horrible and disgusting service. Either go to the Bascom location or head to Chickfila, Popeyes or maybe Korean Fried Chicken because I wasted 1-2 hours trying to get my proper order from here.
