They got my order wrong and this is the first time my order has ever been wrong in many years of going to any KFC location around San Jose. I also heard that they have been closed in the past for health complications—not surprised! I would not recommend going here, after getting my order wrong I had to drive back to feed my family and it was clear that the employee that served my food was untrained. Please consider going somewhere else, they gave me no compensation for the time I wasted today trying to get lunch for my family on a weekday when we have to work. Absolutely horrible and disgusting service. Either go to the Bascom location or head to Chickfila, Popeyes or maybe Korean Fried Chicken because I wasted 1-2 hours trying to get my proper order from here.

This place was closed by health department multiple times this month due to vermin infestation. If you are health sensitive, be wary.
They were closed super early yesterday (7/8) with no explanation. I went there at 4pm and they were already closed. Disappointing.
