Too much show but the food does not have the right Quality. We order Filet Mignon & Chicken teppanyaki. The egg in the rice was overcooked, the chef was doing chicken drawings with the egg and the final plate was horrible. The Teppanyaki chicken was over cooked, the filet was ok. Finally all the veggies on the place was throw there over the proteins, so the plate does not looks good.
Cook forget teriyaki flavoring on steak. Fried rice was overcooked . Ice cream came out melted
Always fantastic food and fun environment. If you have kids I recommend going at the 5 pm seating - that way their noise is just part of the crowd ambiance vs the later seatings that are more date night atmosphere.
Had dinner with friends on the eve of Independence Day at Kyoto Palace and the experience was a blast. The service, entertainment provided by the chef and the taste of the food were top notch. Also, we complemented our meal with a hot sake that also goes down well with the food.
Timely service
Another wonderful night at Kyoto Palace. My husband absolutely loves the food and the dinner/cooking show is an added bonus. The drinks are great and the hostesses were friendly and helpful.
Kyoto Palace has been great in the past but they're really going downhill. First sign things were amiss was the heavy smoke hanging in the air when we showed up. Apparently some of the exhaust fans were broken.
The service was prompt and friendly, and we got our drinks right away, love the cocktail menu! But as the cook gave us his show, he went super heavy on salt and fat. The food ended up barely edible. Especially the steaks, woefully undercooked and chewy.
My steak, however, was never cooked nor served. I ended up eating off my family's plates. The server was gracious and comped my meal, thankfully. But this was father's day and dad didn't get his steak... well...
Don't think I'll come back. For as much as they charge, the food does not justify the cost.
We went to celebrate a birthday which just so happened to be on Fathers Day. Since it was Fathers Day they increased the prices by $15+ per entree. Nothing was mentioned on the website, Open table, or when checking in that there would be a special menu with different than normal prices. Barely worth the normal cost & most definitely not worth the “holiday” increased price.
Great place with fantastic lobster!
Had a reservation. Said table was ready. Still waited for a few minutes before being seating. Other then that everything else was amazing

A FAMILY FAVORITE , ALWAYS A FUN, CRAZY, LOUD GREAT FOOD GREAT FUN PLACE . BIRTHDAYS A MUST IN OUR FAMILY . HAPPY 9 TH BIRTHDAY EMMA 🌹
My only disappointment was when we were set 4 adults cramped in the center 4 seats that has room for 4 children. It showed zero concern for customers comfort. I was ready to ask to be moved or leave altogether.
The meal service was exceptional and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The good was Great!
Great Mother's Day experience. Well managed, staffed and attention to customers. Service for drinks, etc would be an area for improvement.
Great service and great cook, he was very engaging and entertaining! We all had a good experience!!
