Food and entertainment are always a hit. There is a max 10 min late policy for the last reservation and we got there exactly at the 10 min mark. Luckily they were eventually able to seat us which we appreciated, but at first we were told we would not be able to be seated.
Accidents happen, but they are preventable. Long story short, my son's 13th birthday ended up with my dad getting hot soup spilled on him ( by accident). My son feelings getting hurt because grandpa was injured. The burn was bad enough that the waitress who spilled the soup brought burn cream. Leads me to believe this happens a lot. The manager did not show until I asked for him. None the less the bill was comp even though it was not asked to be. I believe attention to detail...
It was the middle of the afternoon, we were 15 minutes late for the reservation and with a minor delay were seated promptly at a table with only one other couple across from us at the far end. The server and chef were both engaging and friendly as were the other diners at out Teppan table. It was exactly the experience I was hoping for with the cuisine I desired.
