Ordered the mixed BBQ plate and a few musubi on the go. The portion for the plate is generous and the size of the musubi is good. However, the taste of the food is generally okay without any pleasant surprises. It is definitely a go to place for getting good food at great prices.

Well we moved to Santa Cruz and missed our quick and yummy portions of Chicken Curry katsu and small BBQ chicken. Great place in Campbell where we used to live. Do not waste your time or money at the one in Santa Cruz/

The problem was the people behind the counter. On arrival, they just saw through us. While ordering they pretended as if we were talking gibberish and made fun of us. This was not what any customer would expect. After reading the amazing customer service reviews I have different opinions about this particular place. Hope no one ever faces this kind of humiliation.

Food was fresh, tasty and excellent quality. Prices are fair for the big portions you get. Love the retro decor like it was out of the early 90s. Free refills on drinks. Overall one of the best fast food bbq places I've been! Wish they had a Sunnyvale location!
