Ordered the mixed BBQ plate and a few musubi on the go. The portion for the plate is generous and the size of the musubi is good. However, the taste of the food is generally okay without any pleasant surprises. It is definitely a go to place for getting good food at great prices.

Well we moved to Santa Cruz and missed our quick and yummy portions of Chicken Curry katsu and small BBQ chicken. Great place in Campbell where we used to live. Do not waste your time or money at the one in Santa Cruz/

Food was fresh, tasty and excellent quality. Prices are fair for the big portions you get. Love the retro decor like it was out of the early 90s. Free refills on drinks. Overall one of the best fast food bbq places I've been! Wish they had a Sunnyvale location!
One of our favorite takeaway spots for dinner. Always good food, quick service, can’t go wrong with l&l!

First off let me say that the staff, service and atmosphere here are always five stars. The reason for my one star review is due to the new online ordering system. Since this location opened almost 20 years ago, we've always been able to place pickup orders over the phone. Just a few weeks ago they rolled out an online ordering system that's a bit invasive but it allows you to accrue points you can use towards items on the menu. Fair warning, apparently the system shuts down at 8:30 p.m. but this was never stated either in store or anywhere online. It looks like other locations in the area are still allowing phone orders to be made, so it looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Best of luck with your new online ordering venture.
