This is my new favorite place to get grilled chicken. I like the BBQ chicken with salad and extra veggies instead of rice. Feels healthy, but more importantly, it tastes great! I get take out about once a week, because I start craving it after a few days. It’s enough for two days, so I think the price is good too. I liked the staff, they served with a smile and were happy to explain options and sauces. The eat in restaurant style is typical basic fast food, but it felt clean and reasonably maintained. For once, the pictures of the food were fairly accurate to what I got. (No Burgerking lawsuit here!)

Got the mixed BBQ meal, very good! The woman (Latina) that took my order knows what customer is, the other younger one was not so good at it. I'm sure we'll be back for more!
The regular chicken katsu combo was really good. The spam musubi could use thicker slices of spam though.

Great food! The sauces were great. Portions were really good. The place was lonely, and the seating areas need an upgrade, but the place was clean. The chicken and beef were cooked great too.

Quick service. Great value, most of the full meals are big enough for two.
I don't know why, but this establishment has suddenly stopping giving you enough Katsu sauce to go with the chicken katsu. I used to get two containers of it, and now I'm only given one. I have to ASK to receive enough sauce for the entire meal. Entirely pointless. If you order from them, do not order online, and make sure you grab enough condiments and ask for more, because they certainly won't give you enough.

Price over quality and quantity is horrible. The short rib was dry and chewy. The rice is also dry. Not close to the price, $22.95.

L and L is a consistently delicious Hawaiian bbq chain! Their prices are very good, especially for the huge amount of food you get. My favorite are the chicken Katsu plate and bbq short rib plate.
