The service is perversely bad, one hour for them to serve us and another for them to give us the check, a waitress put her finger in the soup that she was going to take home, when paying we realize that two plates of soup with two pieces of meat cost us 70 dollars. I don't recommend it

Food was okay, waitress was extremely nice, great service, and was very quick working on her own. The man at the front who l believe is the owner is what I am giving a one star rating. This man kept staring at my husband and I as we ate the entire time we were there which is extremely uncomfortable. The prices are much more expensive than where we usually go with less food. When I was ready to pay, they did not inform they would charge me more when using my card. We will not be returning. This place is a scam and the owner is overcharging without letting their customers know. Legally customers should be aware that there will be an extra charge to use cards which I can confidently say because I worked in customer service as well as book keeping. If you want to keep your customers, lower your prices or make the customers aware that they will be charged extra when using their card. I recommend visiting "Fonda Colombiana" they have cheaper prices for more food and better quality.

Went to pickup and they charged $53. Reason? $2 extra per item for takeout. $2 PER ITEM! Who runs a business like this?
Do not give them your credit card unless you can see the amount on the payment terminal, which you won’t because the owner takes your card and doesn’t show you the final amount.

We went for dinner on a Friday. The food was very delicious. The beans had the typical Colombian flavor. The attention was the best. They were super friendly. The only problem is the air conditioning because it was very hot that day. But overall the experience was good. Thanks to the Colombians who dare to open restaurants in the area.

The owner is bold, he tells you that there is a price for the lunch dish and then when you go to pay, he boldly charges you his tip. The times I have paid both by credit card and in cash, he always charges the amount he wants and not the price he it says when you first enter

Went here tonight on a whim. The service was ok at best. We were a party of 3, ordered a water and 2 Colombian beers. The server (owner?) gave us our beers and a peligrino for the water, when we tried to switch to a free water, he gave us a regular bottle of water instead so forcing us to pay for water. He kept practically running away after doing one thing for the table. The food came and it was delicious! But when it came time for the check we were overcharged about $30!!! Be careful of being ripped off or taken advantage of here.

Definitely one of the worst places in Campbell, we have been there about 4 times and the truth is there is never anything, they always say the same thing that they just ran out, in the Colombia game it was unfortunate because in addition they don't serve well, the people are rude Terrible waitresses, let's not talk about the owner ??♀️ about a year ago the truth is that the food was delicious but the service was terrible and now there is no food or service. I don't recommend it at all apart from now it seems like it's just a bar where they only sell liquor, in reality it's like a facade.

I loved this place until today.. They left us waiting for 55 minutes and we decided to leave. The waitresses who were there today had a mess and were fighting to bring plates of food.. We left and others from another table definitely did when the owner is not there, the mice make party

Very bad service today I was with my children and friends. We ordered the food and an hour passed and it never arrived. The rude waitresses fought among themselves, the food never arrived, how bad it was and we were not the only ones, several people left, very bad service.
