Not very often to you find authentic Mexican food with tortillas made from scratch..A local business that deserves recognition...
Since this review 6 years ago things have changed there is a new cook there that does not even come close to the gentalmen who used to cook .
The garlic shrimp I used to go there for especially .
Time to find another place again !

Food is not good. The food is not good, the super burrito has an ugly seasoning, and the meat is very tough. Do better. Super Burrito was bad, on top of that the meat was tough and had a bad taste. Do not recommend.

I go here a lot and 2 occssions gotten a pick up order wrong, no big deal I called them to let them know. Today same thing happened, but this time I returned the food and the person helping me was so rude and didn't want to replace the incorrecto order even though I brought the food back. She then lied and said I had been aggressive when I came last time to let them know they had made my order wrong. If I was aggresive they wouldn't have served me again. Sad how they cat handle positive critisism when they make a mistake.

Family owned and operated, fresh made food, a great caring attitude toward the customer. It is not a large restaurant but family friendly to all.

Parking: Side and front lot parking.

The waitresses are very friendly, the only bad thing was that they gave me a ruined oyster in an oyster shot and others came out frozen. They should have better quality and care with seafood.

Pathetic experience. Made the mistake of trusting reviews and going to this place for Sunday Mexican dinner.

Ordered veggie fajitas and tacos. Love live Mexican music but it was too loud for a small space , and we had literally had to shout to talk normally to each other.

Food service was awful. It took the server > 30 mins to bring our food ( when we noticed nobody else was eating, and everyone was enjoying drinks ). On top of the unexplainable delay, Fajitas came in parts. Veggies arrived but we could not eat them till the rice beans and tortillas arrived , which was 15 mins later after multiple inquiries. Absolutely poor.

The food itself was okay, and is not worth the $$ you will be spending. For eg, veggie fajitas are $21. It's not at all worth. After our experience, ita nothing but a robbery.

Will never recommend. Far better places in San Jose.
