We were promptly greeted and seated. Lots of interesting wall decor and smells that were legit. The bowl of posole was full of goodies. It did lack salt but that's something one can add in rather than never take out. The pl barbacoa was generous as well. Tasty handmade corn tortillas were right on point. The meat was tender and the salsas were very tasty. Our server was on top of taking care of us.
5/7/25 One of the best tasting Mexican foods restaurants and there are many throughout San Jose area. La Jaiba no matter what's on the menu it is delicious very well balanced if you're craving that home made like in Mexico, then this is one location you must try.
