I heard that this cafe has recently opened I think a year ago. Quite surprised that they still have that “Now Opened” sign up there. This is a nice relaxing cafe to go to.
The atmosphere is great. From inside, you will see a few couches and a couple happen to sit next to the fireplace. There is also another seating section where there are plugs for your devices. Apparently, some outlets don’t work. So you may have to sit somewhere else to find one that works.
There are many people when I got here. It’s quite unusual for a cafe to have that many people. It could be because of the interior of the place as well as the songs playing. There is rarely anything from the bakery section, which I assume that they don’t really stock food. So it could be hard to order food when you’re hungry.
Other than that, it’s actually a good place to work and study given how spacious and scenic this cafe is.
Parking: The parking lot is very huge and there are many parking spaces!

Great coffee & pastries. Big space, not too loud, good place to work/study
Dietary restrictions: Allergens listed on pastry detail, oat/almond/soy milk available but a bit pricy at $1

A great place to come to work with a very strong reliable WiFi, very spacious, a good mix of people and seemingly very safe. ??
The Jasmine Dragon Latte was absolutely delicious! ?
The only thing I would recommend for the individual is to bring noise cancelling headphones because it does get noisy in here. But it’s nothing too bad ?

Second time visiting Living Room and both times service and drinks were top notch. That being said, I’ve only had their iced lattes, vanilla and cardamom vanilla. Will go back to try their cappuccino, my typical choice of drink.

While the baristas were trying their best we waited 25 minutes for our order and then had to remind them about the food we ordered. Food and drinks were mid overall which was hard as we waited almost a half and hour

Very surprising find in this location - great coffee in a very large space with lots of seating.
1 star knocked off ambience for the “dead strip mall” locale and insufficient count of comfy seats, but the place is spic and span, has a great bathroom, and is well attended.
The espresso, you ask? Spot on - perfectly extracted. Proficient latte art on the milk drinks.
They have room to add fancier drinks down the line - I’d suggest a variety of pourovers and maybe a few different single origin espressos on offer - but a very solid base, and great pastries. And you can tell you’re in a good place when they issue the Starbucks macchiato warning (I.e. “just to confirm, you know our macchiato is espresso with a dash of foam, right?”)
Parking: You pretty much have the entire shopping center’s parking lot to yourself, except when the attached church is in session perhaps (this is another clue of how good the rent must be!)
Wheelchair accessibility: Ample spots to sit. Doors aren’t automatic, I think.

I ordered Coffee Latte and Flat White and the drinks were quite good. The milk froth was very dense and fine and the thickness was just right. It didn’t feel like your mouth was full of air when you drank it. The coffee tastes warm and smooth, not sour or bitter, and the special latte art is very thoughtful.
There are many places in the store, and the spaces are widely spaced so that you don't feel rigid. It makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The location is easy to find and the parking lot is also large. Will visit again next time!

Love this place but really wish they would extend their hours!! 3pm closing is a bit early - 1 of the stars for their hours.
Mother of god the strawberry matcha is a dream, it's a special but I can only assume it is reoccurring. I also LOVE the concept it's so hard to find a cafe I feel comfortable working in for a while but the open concept with multiple seating options (couches, windows, tables, and outdoor tables) is also great for people-watching and a general rolling turnover of faces.
I was looking for a good coffee house to meet up with my daughter. Didn’t want a Starbucks or anything like it. I did a search and chose the Living Room cafe. I loved it! Great drinks, plenty of sitting and parking, great atmosphere and staff. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend it.
