Manresa project place is THE PLACE to go to for bread starter. I walked in hoping for a good sourdough starter, and they immediately fulfilled exactly what I want. On top of that, they gave me an inside tour of the place and showed me how things are made! In the end, they gave me an entire olive sourdough loaf for completely FREE, and I can’t explain in words...
