Dawn Curl is the worst business owner I have every talked in United States. Because of an urgent situation we missed his appointment and left a voice mail for rescheduling the appointment. Then he says he is available at 4 so we rushed to make that happen.He had told earlier that Campbell is booked and he has space in Santa Clara so for future purpose I just texted him to check the price for Campbell kitchen he replies $1200/month I asked why so high you mentioned $310 for Santa Clara he replies "Oh no the normal rent for Campbell starts at $410.00 per month, I charge $1200.00 a month to people that are NOT fair to me." These are the exact words he replied.Rescheduling an appointment because of a urgent situation is so unfair for this person that he charges $1000/month more. I think he lacks Human element in him.I am glad that this ended here because in future if there would ever be any schedule change this person would be ready to burn his tenant with 4 times higher price then normal.Update-Some of his friend called me today and says why did I wrote negative review, she says the way he behaved for rescheduling an appointment is normal and there are not a lot of options for renting. I asked her a question "What if your doctor charges x4 money from you because of rescheduling your first appointment?".
