Local sugar source. Open late hours! Cookies and ice cream were fresh and the kids enjoyed them.

Very bad cookies and experience overall. The cookies tasted sour, the sorbet was icey and not pleasant. The whole place smelled like a bathroom. Also, when I ordered I asked for the 2 vegan cookies. The guy placed 1 of the gluten free options in the bag instead and when I inquired he said it was vegan. I said I don’t see a vegan chocolate chip cookie on the menu and then he agreed. He took it out and replaced it with the second vegan option.

I had a vegan red velvet cookie that was to die for. Absolutely fresh & delicious. Had to stop myself from buying more but will definitely be back. They ran out of the vegan chocolate cupcakes, so need to try one, as well as their vegan lava cake next time. Super helpful & friendly staff, as well as a very clean restroom, which I think we all appreciate ?.

Finally, insanely delicious cookies like you wish grandma would make!

Found this cookie shop on google and gave it a try. First good sign is that they look good and are the old school portion size. Seems like everyone else is going massive, bigger is better these days.

Got the cookies (all excellent, in order of best taste for me): M&M, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, and chocolate chip.

Second good thing is the sweetness. Perfectly normal. Other cookies these days tend to be far too sweet.

Cookies are my weakness, and this place is now my favorite. Already went back.

Highly recommended!

I entered this dessert establishment with no hope of vegan options (although later I spotted their board which did mention vegan options available). The vegan cookie and dessert options were marked and displayed well. I had their vegan snickerdoodle which was very good. Not too sweet .. just the way I like it. Will definitely go this place again for more vegan goodies :) Went here again for the lava cake. It was ok. It was dry and meh. If I go here again, I'd stick to the cookies. We love Knox cookies! Knox Cookies is a delight for anyone with a sweet tooth. Their cookies, with their perfect balance of crispy edges and soft centers, are simply irresistible. Whether it’s for a special occasion or a treat for friends, Knox always adds a touch of joy. The warm, welcoming staff and consistent quality make each visit memorable. Knox isn’t just a cookie store; it’s a part of our cherished moments and community. I highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth, or just looking for something to bring to a party or get together.

Safeway has better quality cookies than this, and they will cost you a lot less. I bought a vegan lava cake, a variety of sugar, mini chocolate chip, and double chocolate chip cookies. Friendly staff.

Vegetarian options: Vegan lava cake.

I love how the vegan offerings are clearly marked, no need to ask tons of clarifying questions! We enjoyed our lava cakes and the gooey rich chocolate in the center. The owner was incredibly friendly and asked for feedback, I love to see establishments care so much about their vegan offerings and customers. Would love to return.

Popped in on my lunch break to see what looks good, and instantly picked the lemon bar. Excellent flavor and texture: both sweet and tart with proper firmness. Only 4 stars because I've only ordered the one item. Will be going back for sure!

I was genuinely surprised to learn about Nox in downtown Campbell. I first came across their cookies at Santa Clara University's business bazaar on campus, where the owner generously shared their delightful treats with the SCU community. The large, soft and chewy cookie I tried was a pleasant surprise; it had a flavor resembling red velvet or raspberry and was half dipped in white chocolate, not overly sweet, which I appreciated. I wish I had taken two. LoL. Yummy. I hope this cookie, and similar versions are on their regular menu, so good!Having found Nox, I plan to bring my nieces, nephews, and friends here instead of going to the other end of the downtown area. I'm looking forward to visiting the store this weekend to try out their ice cream and other dessert offerings.
