Food and ambiance was excellent but what really made the dining experience special was our server, Oscar! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and a super nice attentive guy. Thank you.

Great service! Nice touch with celebrating birthdays with note on wall and card on table. My garlic noodles were good but a bit salty.

This is the go-to place for unique food and beverages to share from an ever-changing menu! Variety is key here; that's why it's always packed with a wide range of people of differing ages laughing and enjoying themselves immensely!

American cheese slice on top of white bread (albeit thick)?!? Seemed kinda basic for what used to be a great brunch esp $18.

Making reservations was nice and easy and the service was great. The food (& drinks!) itself was decadent. I ordered the Loco Moco and given how simple a loco moco is, it's surprisingly easy to mess up—OCK did not disappoint. Their other food items were tasty and surprisingly filling, so don't judge a book by it's cover. Only complaint (if any) was that it would've been nice to be offered outdoor seating (or maybe an explanation/excuse if they were reserved) when there seemed to be plenty of availability. Other than that, had a lovely time.

OCK is overall average. The food quality is good (not exceptional), but rather overpriced for the portions offered. The service is unorganized and haphazard. Drinks came out after the food even though they were ordered before. Wrong menu items are delivered. It's surprising that it's been on the Michelin bib gourmand list.

My expectations were high for a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant! It was lovely and fit the bill for a quiet afternoon family lunch, however, the food and service was just OK. Our waitress was not prepared for any detailed questions about the menu, for starters. My guests and I had two very nice starters, the elote mac&cheese and pea fritters. Two of us had the grilled chicken sandwich of the day and Im sad to say it was mediocre. The soft bread bun was not toasted and the chicken had the taste and consistency of pre-made and sitting around for a bit. My other guest had the BBQ brisket sandwich which she said was very good. It is a nice spot to sit despite the shopping mall surroundings.

There was a private party going on outside - appeared to be a corporate event/happy hour. All the focus, service and food was going to that event. The restaurant ran out of glasses and the service was impacted dramatically. Super disappointed. If you don't have the infrastructure to support an event, then don't have one. Most diners around us were not happy.

Good taste but a bit expensive. Must be the Michelin list

The restaurant staff were very friendly and it was easy to make a reservation. I ordered the lamb riblets and they were very delicious. The birthday cake could use some improvement but it was free and it came with a sparkler!

We went for the first time today for lunch to orchard city kitchen at pruneyard shopping center. The two young girls at the reception were inflexible and not customer friendly. They had seats outside but insisted that we sit inside where it was extremely noisy! No ambience at all. Food was below mediocre - Korean Fried Chicken was over fried and hard to chew. We also ordered Ah Hi tuna was ok. Grilled Salmon was ok but there was no flavor as it had too mild sauce around. Overall we spent $100+ and felt we wasted our money and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!!

Loved everything about this place! Our server, Esther, was excellent: friendly & knowledgeable. Our food was delicious and the high top table where we sat around the tree was so pleasant! The only thing I'd say to be aware of is that the portions are somewhat small for the price you pay. Still highly recommend!

We went to Orchard City Kitchen after wedding dress shopping, and it was a great experience! Our party of four was seated right away, and our server, Joaquin, was on top of everything. It was my mom's and best friend's first time there in a while, and he took the time to answer all their questions about the menu. We started with the KFC and Triple B, which are always my favorites. We also really enjoyed the cucumber and melon salad, and my personal favorite was the strawberry berry pancakes!!!!! We ordered a few other plates to share and had some non-alcoholic drinks, which were great as well. The food was amazing as always, and we can't wait to go back!

Great outdoor setting with great options for kids and foodies. We loved the tender and flavorful lamb riblets, and sumptuous tataki. Everyone enjoyed the garlic noodles with mushrooms. The Ceasar was well above average in size as well as freshness. My drink (nonalcoholic with passion fruit) was delightful. The kids devoured the 1/2 lb burger. All in all, a rare find

Fantastic! We came here for a birthday dinner and loved it. The service was great and so was the food.

Highly recommend: pea fritters (amazing flavor), lamb riblets (so tender!), scallops, and garlic noodles!

Skip: tempura mushrooms and duck dumplings (not very flavorful/interesting)
