Ordered almost everything on the happy hour menu and loved every dish (especially the KFC, pork belly and mac and cheese). Excellent drinks too!
This is a quality restaurant with really nice staff, but they play the music inside the restaurant way too loud and when they serve dishes, especially those dishes over $20. They put them in these little bowls instead of it would be nice to put it on medium size plate as it would be a lot easier to distribute to guests that are dining. Last night I ate there and they were playing this Italian music in the background, which was good if it was a party, but if you're trying to have a conversation with someone, it makes listening to them very difficult. Anyways, just sharing overall I like Orchard city and I really like the staff.
It was good but the food has been better. Was an off night. The seasoning wasn't great. I took a bike of the shrimp roll and it was like biting into straight ginger. Too strong. The garlic noodles have been better as well. The KFC was still great and the biscuits good but I'd love to see some fresh ideas on their menu
We had 8 people for brunch. The Applejack pancakes were inedible. Go with the brûlée French toast instead. It's amazing. The other meals were middle of the road.
We went for a private Wagyu & Whiskey event on Wednesday (11/5) evening. The event was great, it was set up in the back room and was an enjoyable experience. There were 4 courses with 4 whiskey pairs. I'm not a whiskey "on it's own" fan, but the girlfriend and I wanted to check out the experience since we are big OCK fans. The food was great! Only issues with the event is that it was on a Wednesday night and ended up lasted 3.5 hours. We didn't get back home until almost 10:30pm, too late for me on a Wednesday. I think with slightly better pacing or earlier start time this could be trimmed to 3 hours and end at 9? That would be my suggestion for future events...on a Friday/Saturday night would be great too. Otherwise a great time and I always suggest a visit to OCK, especially for weekend brunch.
Food is good. Not great by any means. Service was excellent. For the money I could have ate at much better restaurants. You're paying for the ambiance.
The food was fine, the service was not. I booked a table to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant messaged me asking for a name of the person to help celebrate the birthday. The server came over and her first words were “are you ready to order?” Not hello. Not my name is. Not did you see the specials or may I suggest a drink. But are you ready to order. So we order drinks, food, and bread and ask for the outdoor propane heater to be turned on. 10 min later the entrees come out before the drinks, bread, or apps. We haven't seen our server since she said “are you ready to order?” We ask someone else for our drinks. More minutes pass and the bread comes out without a knife. The drinks finally come out from a food runner, now we've had food for over 20 minutes. 5 minutes later (now 25 min into when we have food) the server checks on us. The check comes...no mention of happy birthday, a special celebration, etc. I'm ok with not acknowledging it, but why ask? This was not good. I left too much tip.
Food was cold, chicken undercooked, and the place was uncomfortably cold. We weren't the only ones complaining
The food is high quality and have always loved it. Coffee quality however isn't great especially at $7 per cup - bad quality beans and overburnt. I'll of course visit again but will remind myself to not order nonalcohol beverages.
The man who brought the food to the table did not have the best attitude, but everybody else made up for his bad attitude. If it wasn't for him, it would have been a five star experience.

We are long standing customers (+ 10 years). The food has become overpriced and not value for money. The quality of the food was also disappointing. The server however was very good
We loved the fact that it was all shareable small plates. Everything we selected was really yummy - especially the banana soft serve for dessert! Our waiter was super awesome as well!
Great for big groups as well as dates. Deck the way to go if weather permits. Indoors can be loud with a packed house.
We had a great time. Great food! Loved the burger! Also, our server, Cheyenne, was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable, not overbearing.
Tasty food and ambience service was great! Ideal spot for sharing! Drinks are always good!
