Everything in paper/plastic. No "for here" cups. Ordered a bagel, paper plate, plastic container for cream cheese, plastic fork.

prices listed are different from the price i paid (even factoring in the tax). would also like to see maybe less menu offerings so they can focus on the quality & execution

Dear Orchard Valley why are you not better, after all of the poor reviews. You have the opportunity to make some serious money and provide a unique cafe for Campbell with amazing experiences for the customers.I envision you serving quality craft coffee, pastries and some protein.Add to your income and brand by leveraging local vendors who need a place to host workshops like succulent events and wine tasting, a little music, etc. You would have people flocking to your location in no time flat. What ever you decide to do, do your absolute best, wow the community with great service, quality food and beverage, and stand apart from the rest. It’s time for a change….

Wow! I'm simply astounded by how badly I was treated by this place yesterday. I used to be somewhat of a regular here. I went on my way to the outdoor concerts. However, I have not been there in awhile because I no longer live in the area.I went in yesterday to get my usual...a zebra mocha. It's still as good as it once was. HOWEVER, the greed and lack of customer service is truly astounding.I have a combination of two medical conditions (they're actually both related to one) that require I drink a lot of water. However, I cannot drink cold water. It makes me choke. I asked for a large cup of warm water, so I would not need to keep asking for refills of their little cups (they have ice water out, which I cannot drink). The clerk (who seemed like the owner) charged me for "hot water". I understand an establishment charging for hot water because cheap Charlies will order hot water and use their own tea bags to make tea. That's not what I was doing. I asked for WARM water to drink on the spot. I objected. He went to get a tiny cup and filled it with warm water. I drank it immediately down. I asked for a refill and got an additional cup asking him to fill him. I told him it would be much easier if he simply gave me a large cup as I had previously asked. He finally did, but one would have thought I killed his dog with the attitude he gave me...IT'S WATER and I was buying a $6+ coffee.I'm in town for a few weeks, but I will not return.

The place is humongous for a cafe yet it was packed. Located in one of the beautiful corners in a block of beautiful downtown Campbell. They have breads, cakes and pastries then they also have hot breakfast items! The girl at the cashier/barista was super helpful and seemed like she really cared for the customers. She acknowledged me when I arrived and followed up on me to say my drink was at the counter while I was waiting for the restroom.

Took a caramel macchiato and chocolate croissant. Chocolate inside croissant was over cooked so granulated and the outside of the croissant was sticky. Coffee was too sweet. Place is nice but won’t come back.

The coffee and other drinks are well made. I’ve also had their pastries and they are good. They offer hot food as well but I personally have not tried it.It is not as cozy as I thought it would be. The sitting area is one large space, but it never feels crowded which is a plus. They are a good place to study or work as well.
